Very happy to have worked with Trinity Home Renovations for my recent roof installation. After receiving quotes from several other companies, Trinity's was the most detailed and well priced. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and created a feeling of trust and confidence. Installation was quick and efficient, with attention to clean-up around the property. Would definitely work with them again and recommend!

Our roof looks amazing! Trinity was able to work within our timeline and get our new roof in before the perennial gardens around our house started the grow. We have dogs and I was worried about pieces of shingles and other debris in the yard. There was none. Professional, straight-forward estimate, quick, quality work, thorough clean-up.

We attempted to hire Trinity for our roof. As my husband explained we need an entire new roof, ours is the original from forever ago. Literally. And a bathroom remodel/update. The website said they do all home renovations, yet when we called they said they would only due new roofing. Which we still needed. The customer service rep argued with my husband and was extremely short with him.

Obviously didn't need the business that much. I also filled out their online contact form and was ignored completely. How unprofessional. I would suggest updating your website to saying that you only do NEW roofing (full removal and replacement which is what we were requesting) and no repairs unless you bought your roof from them. Plus take the misleading information off, that says you do provide home renovations.

Also said they service all the surrounding areas of Rochester. Another lie, the representative that spoke to my husband said they only service a 1/2 mile out of Rochester. so they only service Rochester. My advice, save your time and money and use a company that doesn't falsely advertise. Or a company that values my time, not just their own.

Trinity replaced both my roof and gutters and did an exceptional job. Jennifer was the project manager and was a joy to work with. She was very knowledgeable. Six days after having the roof replaced we experienced a severe wind storm which raised a few of the shingles. I contacted Jennifer and that same day someone came over to make the repairs. I would definitely recommend Trinity.

If you're in need of roof work, call Trinity. Jeni couldn't have been more helpful. She made the whole process of replacing our roof easy. Helping us setup financing and starting the job quickly. The team that did the job were courteous and respectful of the property. When I got home from work, you would have not known they were here, except for our beautiful new roof! Call Trinity first. You won't need to call anyone else.

Trinity was great to work with from beginning to end. The office manager/project manager( Jennie) kept me updated on scheduling, was quickly responsive to any questions that I had and notified me in "real time", including pictures, when they discovered a greater than expected # of plywood sheets would need replacing. The crew was timely, efficient, and even did an extra clean up after day one to ensure my dogs wouldn't be walking on nails when they went out that evening!

My roof was completed in less than 2 days. The guys were careful to cleanup all debris and nails and even the driver who picked up the dumpster was friendly and careful navigating my challenging, steep driveway! I would highly recommend Trinity and would definitely use them again for other projects. Thanks to the entire Trinity team!

Trinity was extremely professional and exceptional. Hank responded to our call within 24 hours, had an appointment the next day and we received a quote within a few days. The work crew was professional, polite and went above and beyond in their installation of our roof. They also did a fantastic job with cleanup. I live in a ranch home built in 1967. In 2000, the home received a second roof. Last year I started having a few leaks and spent hundreds on roof tar and self repair which started to fail, resulting in leaks. This was a serious project and I knew it needed to be done before winter set in. I got 5 estimates from 4.5 star rated businesses and went with Trinity because of their superior warranty, professional interactions with John (the owner) and Jennifer (The project manager) and their assurance that due to the leaks, they could do this before the nasty weather set in.

They completed the project in two days and that included the replacement of 37 sheets of plywood!. Adam, who I will call "crew boss" was great and so was the entire crew. I have had "crews" at my house before and the interaction between them is often adversarial. Not this crew! Extremely hard working, polite and impressive, especially now in this era of COVID employment where you are lucky to find anyone to work, much less to work well. Great job and now I can settle in and relax during the upcoming winter.

Trinity is the real deal. They exceeded my expectations and I couldn't have made a better choice. They were easy to work with, very professional and extremely punctual. They provided us with a very detailed 12 page estimate. They were in and out in one day. Their crew functioned like a well oiled machine. They came back about a week later (as planned) to have the gutters installed.

They are an extremely honest and hard working group. John the Owner was very involved and visited with us several times to check on the work. We also, received several visits from Jenny the supervisor who did an excellent job. If you are looking for a Roofing company, look no further, Trinity was that good. Read the reviews, talk to them and setup a visit to one of their work sites and see for yourself. It feels good knowing I made the right choice. Thank you John and all the workers at Trinity. I had my roof done last week by them. they did a great job. and the crew they at my home were hard works and did it fast and cleaned up after themselves. If I ever need a roof done again. I would call them first

Trinity provided a competitive quote for the job. The office was helpful getting me through some hurdles posed by my insurance company. The project manager was thorough and friendly. The crew worked very hard dealing with a nasty tear-off. Quality of work was excellent. I would recommend this company for a good job at a good price!

We an amazing experience replacing our leaking roof with Trinity. Hank came out to give us a quote and took pictures to show us exactly where and why we had leaks. Paula from the office was very helpful and wonderful to work with. Jennifer, the job coordinator, came with her fantastic crew and they finished the roof and cleanup in one day. She was also terrific to work with. We would totally recommend Trinity A very honest and caring company.

I first met John H. in 2018 to receive a quote on siding and although we pushed the project off until 2021, I knew Trinity Home was who we wanted to give our business to. Everyone we have dealt with has been nothing but professional. Especially in a difficult working market with limited personnel, the crew's attention to detail and quality of work was impressive!

In April of 2010 I was told I needed to bring my father from Las Vegas to Rochester because his oncologist felt there was nothing more he could do. I did not have a bathroom downstairs at the time. I had the pleasure of meeting John at my place of employment and knew of his great reputation with customers. I called him he came over to inspect the possible sites.

When John from Trinity came to my home to estimate the roof he was the 4th of 4 estimates I took. The first three were a real trip -one was scruffy, smelly, and short with me. The other two were used car salespeople and I felt like I was being scammed. Then John comes here and he's just a real guy. Genuine, experienced, and very relaxed.

Had a fantastic experience with Trinity Home Renovations. They were professional and very knowledgeable. From the time John came in to provide the estimate to the time the installers finished the project, the Trinity team was a pleasure to deal with. We had our main floor windows replaced along with our rear sliding glass door.

In April of 2012 I had the honor of hiring John to do a complete tear off and installation of a new roof. ( WOW )!. You would not believe the terrific job they did. You know the job has to be great if my neighbors drive by or walk by just to tell me the roof looks great. John and his team were so nice and they all have great personalities.

John and his crew were great to work with. John gave us a very thorough information packet and really took his time explaining all the details to us. John was very responsive to our questions and the price was in line with all of the other companies we got estimates from.

Complete tear-off and new roof installed. Very satisfied with everything from start to finish with the work performed. Honest and highly skilled! Got a good price for the initial estimate which I told John, the owner, I was good with.

So I am writing this review based on my first impression of Trinity Home Renovations, I scheduled an appointment for estimate for my kitchen remodeling project. The first appointment was canceled due to the contractor not being available to stop by the house, that was fine this happens.

A new roof and gutters were definitely needed. After consulting with 3 contractors altogether, John (owner) provided the most detail and best warranty. He was very responsive to phone calls and questions; and the crew did a fantastic job!

After initially meeting with John at Trinity Home Renovations about our roof (a total tear off, with original cedar shake), we felt immediately at ease. He presented options and explained each step fully.

John and his crew at Trinity Renovations did an awesome job on our roof! He was very informative over all the other contractors and had the best offer for the price! His Crew is dedicated and very hard working men!
