I hired Highland to replace a section of my roof that was leaking, they quoted me to replace all the plywood and roll on roofing (complete tear off.) They came out and tore the existing roll on off and did not replace all the plywood, only patched it. Within a week there was already a new leak. I called and they sent the foreman back out to take a look, he attempted to reseal the edge where the leak appeared to come from.

After another two weeks there was another leak. I called for a week and nobody would answer or return my calls, when I finally got a hold of somebody they said they would give me a timeframe when a contractor could come out to take a look and try to fix the issue. The contractor showed up unannounced the next day while my wife and I were at work, they jumped my fence to get into the backyard instead of calling me to come and meet them, I received a call about 4 hours later and they told me that the issue was caused by ice damming and there was nothing they could do.

I called a few more times and they would not come back out. Since then every time the roof leaks I document it, they won't stand behind their work and the whole experience has left me with several hundred dollars in water damage to my drop ceiling. I would not recommend anyone hire them as they used a subcontractor they admittedly had never used before and will not send anyone out to fix the issues. Photos were all taken after new roof was installed.

Everybody at Highland Contractors who worked with me to repair my roof was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I will be a returning customer for new windows. My fiance and I are very impressed with the work from the crew, who worked 12 hours to make sure we had our new roof. Chad Newbauer was thorough, and polite when explaining everything.

He even helped me navigate my insurance process. Chads attitude and genuine care about my situation was the best I've ever experienced in a professional setting. Samantha Morales in the office, was extremely helpful in every conversation I had with her. The coordination between her, Chad and my job supervisor, Rich Mathis was on point. Rich made sure his crew knew what my specific concerns were and was regularly present.

As for the emergency repair when this all started, Steve and Will were out the same day, minimizing the damage, and thus maximizing my insurance payout. Thank you Highland Contractors! Great work, great warranty, I love my new roof.

I contracted Highland to replace my old roof along with 6 skylight windows. Highland is a team of professionals who are great to work with. Their 5 years @ 0% financing helps ease the financial burden of major home repairs. I was very happy with the overall experience, and the outcome of the job. The project manager Aimee was incredibly responsive, and she did a great job communicating with me throughout the project.

This was a huge job, and it gave me peace of mind to have a knowledgeable point person on site to answer my questions/concerns along the way. Aimee and her team were very thorough in cleaning up after the job was complete. I will definitely call them for my next project. Thanks, Aimee!

Finally a local contractor that is honest and does the job right, couldn't be happier with how my porch turned out. Greg is one of this kindest and knowledgeable contractors out there. Took the time to do the job right. Worth every penny!

I called Highland Contractors about having a deck installed. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and very polite and told me that they would be sending one of their best carpenters to do the job. From day one I could tell I was in good hands. Greg was the carpenter that built my deck and he was amazing! He was always on time, very considerate and willing to answer any questions I had throughout the project, extremely knowledgeable and skillful.

I could tell he took great pride in his work. After the project was completed, he thanked me for choosing Highland Contractors and assured me if there were any issues to contact Highland and he'll come personally to rectify them. There hasn't be a single issue and I'm truly appreciative for the craftsmanship that Highland Contractors and Greg have proven. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Chris Powers the Project Manager was nice. He introduced himself. But the real praise goes to his team. They were early, polite, and did an excellent installation job and clean up. They did a complete roof tear off and new roof installation. My roof looks amazing. I love it. Thank you to Chris and each of his team members. I am sorry I didn't get their names because they are the true champions.

I highly recommend Highland Contractors! Jake did a phenomenal job on our back deck. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and paid attention to detail. So happy with the results! Would definitely use Highland again.

We are extremely pleased with not only the 2 skylights that we had installed, but were very impressed by the installers who took great care to not create a mess as they cut two holes in the roof. They also took care to make sure furniture was covered and carefully cleaned up each day on the job. Vince return on the third day to make sure we were not having any problems and to explain how to use the controls for the shades. We recommended Highland Contractors to several of our neighbor in our condo community. Terrific job!

Highland Contractors were very punctual when they came out to give us an estimate on a small repair job on our siding. Then since our job was small, they fit us in to their schedule very quickly. The only way I knew they had been there while I was at work was the footprints in the grass - and the repair that had been done! Everything was left cleaned up and perfectly neat.

Highland Contractors replaced the roof on my timber frame cape. This was not an easy roof. All 12/12 roof pitch, several dormers and valleys and a masonry chimney. Stress skin panels, conventional truss roof and a dense pack cellulose hot roof.

We had a visit from them a week ago and still no response of the estimate, although we were told that we should get a call or email from them in within 2 days. We are very dissatisfied of the service and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Phil, I just finished having a roof installed by one of your crews. Steve (I don't know his last name) was the head person here. He was polite courteous and his crew was solid. I would have personally not taken the job in such high heat from this past week.

We had our roof replaced at the very end of last fall. It ended up costing far more than the original estimate, which I can understand if there was more work that needed to be done. But they left plywood and an entire section of gutter laying in our backyard, and some patchwork they did on the side of our house looked horrible.
