No longer Frank's bought out by bigger corporation, the bigger corporation has no customer skills.

I would not recommend franks roofing they broke out a window in the house it was a hassle to get them to fix it Then when it came time for the new roof their supply guy came by to drop off shingles he knocked on my door and asked if he could pull their truck in my drive way I told him if it would do any damage to the drive way absolutely not They returned when i wasn't home and pulled their truck in my drive way and cracked and broke every slab in the drive way I called Franks to complain and went round and round with them about fixing thier damage they sent a crew out and did a crap job of patching 2 or 3 of the crushed slabs The whole drive way was wrecked I should have never paid them I got a new roof but now I will be stuck having to pay for a new drive way terrible company stay clear

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness, Value The seamless gutter installed for mom runs down side of house. Also had roof put on after Irma and the trim work not done and during discussions the collection process was all threats and lawsuits without regard to status of completion. So, two jobs, poorly done.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Did a poor job and had to return 3 times to correct. Still not right and they stopped returning my calls so I had to pay someone else to fix what they couldn't get right. Buyer BEWARE!

We are still in process with Frank's Roofing and are THRILLED with the work so far! Everyone we've met or spoken with has a servant's heart, treating us like family (in the GOOD way!), and resolving issues as they have arisen. With my first call to Lori, I knew we were in the right place! Since we had terrible leaking damage on our flat roof, Brett came out the SAME DAY providing us a multitude of solutions.

When the rains came TWO DAYS before our scheduled install, within 15mins of my call to Lori, Les (the manager), was ON MY ROOF, DURING THE STORM, sweeping of all the water that was pooling! Les assured me (while I was ugly crying) that everything would be ok, and their product would fix the 50yrs of neglect. Then, Cesar and Robert answered all my questions during install, and left the whole yard spic and span when they were finished!

A very compassionate, thoughtful team of people that really know their stuff; this level of service mentality is cultivated from the top down, and permeates everything they do. I would recommend their services if they cost TWICE as much! Can't wait for the finished product

Prompt work following them pulling the permit. Workers arrived at sunrise. I called them The Magnificent 7. Each person had a job, no loud music, very curteous. Cleaned up good with magnets. Great boss and crew!

Called for estimate for roof repair. Came out and gave me an estimate within a couple days. I had used Frank's in the past for gutters and they did great job then. Very professional company and would recommend.

These guys were out the day after the hurricane and had a crew out the next day. We were dried in without having any storms in between. We lost every last piece of metal on our roof. The plywood held, but tin and tar paper were toast.

I love the new skylight in my laundry room! It was a dark, interior room that is now flooded with fresh, natural daylight year-round, without adding to our energy costs. It almost makes doing laundry a joy-and was a much better alternative than adding more artificial, electric lights!
