Tekram Roofing was an established vendor when I accepted my position as an On Site Property Manager at Bear's Paw Condominium I Association. The reasons became evident as I began to work with them. They are responsive, thorough, skilled, and communicate well. Each invoice has pictures of the before and after repairs that were done, which is very helpful.

I feel so lucky to have been referred to Takram Roofing. Tekram was the first company I called that actually treated me like a customer. Other companies I called gave me the impression that my job was too small and they were too busy for me. My intuition on those other companies was right as they never even called me back to arrange an estimate. Meanwhile I called TekRam and a very friendly gentleman answered and said someone would come out very next day at 9:30am and they did exactly that.

The guy that showed up to provide the estimate was right on time, and very thorough and knowledgeable. A few ours later I had a very fair estimate which I signed right away (based on a good gut feeling about the company) and they immediately got to work on the permit and started removing the old roof just a few days later. The same guy that provided me the estimate was the same guy that managed the excellent crew and made sure everything was perfect.

They had the roof off in one day, inspected the very next day, and the had the whole thing finished in just two days and it looks great! My neighbors have constantly been asking "who did your roof so quick!" - I confidently give them TakRam's number knowing they will be taken care off and won't make my referral look bad. I already see them doing work on some neighboring homes. they were just waiting to find a good company to provide them good service!

We were treated well from the beginning to the end of the project. We had two inspectors, both satisfied the first time inspecting. Both said that good materials were used. We recommend this company highly. Very impressed with the workers. And most importantly we are not afraid of the rain anymore.

If more businesses operated like TEKRAM then life would be less stressful. Andres Gonzalas came and inspected my leaking roof only one day after I called him. He was very good at explaining what he observed was wrong and had a quote to me the next day. It was a competitive quote and after I gave him the job his crew was out within 3 days. They finished the repair that day and cleared their mess completely. I strongly suggest you call him, he pleased me in every way possible.

Tekram Services are absolutely fantastic. They always make them selves available to me, even on the weekends.

After seeing what my neighbor has indured during their roof repair is ridiculous. 2 weeks & 3 full weekends later. No shingles on the roof, fashia and soffit not done, 24's replaced by the pieces for the soffit, kind of make you wonder how many short cuts where taken at a high cost. And what makes this neighbors job even better. HE WORKS FOR THIS COMPANY.

Truck is parked in the yard. Clearly this man has no idea how to replace/repair a roof. I would not use or recommend Tekram LLC after seeing this mans craftsmanship. IT SUCKS!
