Roof Smart did a great job on each step of our reroof project. The estimate was accurate and the roof was finished within the time frame expected. The job site was always cleaned up and the area around the house well protected during the work. We are happy with the results and glad we decided on Roof Smart for our roofing.

As our roof was approaching 20 years old we had to renew the shingles. I should add that the property is in Florida but we live in the UK, so the job had to be handled remotely. The other issue II had was that I had to have the job finished in a fairly tight time frame, ie before my current insurance cover needed renewal. I had 5 estimates for the job and whilst Roof Smart wasn't the cheapest they weren't much more expensive and used a better quality shingle than some of their competitors.

I spoke to Roof Smart and they assured me they could complete the job to my time scale. I am pleased to say that they were true to their word. The main reason they were successful is down to the quality of their staff, in particular Alie Martinez kept in constant communication with me to ensure all went smoothly. Our first contact with Roof Smart was with Frank Konners, our estimator. Frank certainly has the "gift of gab", and he gave us the impression that he would do to our roof what he would want done to his own personal roof. He provided us addresses of homes where the shingle colors we favored had been recently installed by Roof Smart in order to help us make the best decision.

He was always available to discuss any issues or questions that occurred. After executing the contract and the tear off of our old roof we had supply chain issues with the delivery of our shingles. This caused an extended delay of almost three weeks without shingles on our roof. Roof Smart went the "extra mile", actually many extra miles, and sent trucks to Georgia to get our selected shingles. We are happy with our new roof. It should be noted that the owner of the company personally inspected the finished job and answered any questions we had.

Roof looks Great! The workers were respectful of the property/cleaned up after roof removal removing all debris and nails. And arrived on time and the roof looks better than I expected. Worth the money. Not the cheapest but the best in my opinion Service: Roof installation

From the first quote to the final inspection, Roof Smart has delivered exemplary service. We had them replace a defective roof. They showed up when they said they would. The prep work they did to protect our house, ac unit and landscaping was very thorough. The tear off and dry in happened over two days. After each day the crew cleaned up, ran magnets to pick up any loose nails, and left the worksite tidy.

The shingle application crew were precise, laying all the new shingles, ridge caps and valleys in clean straight runs. Again, clean up was very thorough. What really stood out was the visit we had from one of the Roof Smart owners. He came to review the finished work himself. He introduced himself, thanked us for choosing them, and got up on the roof to check that all was up to his standards.

It makes a difference knowing the owner is invested in each and every job. The Lee County inspector said that everything was done to code, and done the way he'd expect his own roof to be done. We would definitely use Roof Smart again, and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

From the quote to the job being finished, Roof Smart answered every question I had. As a matter of fact if I would have let my sales rep Frank finish his entire presentation without asking any questions. I would have not needed to bother, he covered them all. Roof Smart reroofed our house in Cape Coral & we highly recommend them. They were here when they said they would be and completed the job on time. There cleanup was great and they followed up with calls making sure Iwe were completely satisfied.

This is an awesome company. We had our entire asphalt shingle roof replaced. The roof was in terrible condition. We needed like 40 sheets of plywood replaced, approx.100 feet of roof truss wood, and 200 feet of fascia wood.
