BRIAN has come to my home 4 times, he is very thorough and pleasant, takes time to answer your concerns, this company is fantastic, problems were all solved in 2 treatments, now I just upkeep, especially for the summer. I called for a estimate the young lady was very friendly and nice, she told me a guy name Tyrone was coming out even provided me with his contact information. Driver called me before arriving 20 mins ahead, I had to write this review because I forgot my pet dog had a appointment at the vet, I told him give me 20-30 mins I should be back unfortunately, it took longer almost a hour in 30 mins my phone had died I couldn't even keep Tyrone L.

In the loop on what was going on driver waiting outside my apartment for me to arrive so nice and patient guy from London he was really helpful, explaining to me what the owner had told him about my pest situation. Tyrone was very up scale, updated with much knowledge, his work ethic was amazing, I can honestly tell he love his jobs or even enjoy helping people pest issue. Tyrone gave me plenty of advice from management with helping tools for the future.

They were recommended to me by someone so I called the office to have someone come out to look at our palm trees. Quick handling on the office side. They sent a technician, Brad Hudson, who was very informative and polite.

They recently came to my home for my quarterly service and I was super impressed with Jerri and the tech's willingness to work around my family and pets. My lawn was struggling, didn't look healthy, had lots of weeds and bare spots. I first tried Hulett and used them for 6 months. My lawn actually got worse in a number of areas. I called O'Hara and they came out and quickly diagnosed the problems and laid out a plan to fix the issues. Hulett didn't take the time to diagnose anything. They just came and sprayed and left.

I've waited 3 months to leave feedback because I wanted to see if I would get good results. The results are fantastic! My lawn is now full, green and practically weed free. There are fewer weeds each month. The technician who comes out each month (Brad) is super helpful and a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend O'Hara!

I called around for some affordable pest control for my mother in law suite that, and my in-laws house that is also on premises. Both houses they've owned for years and have struggled with small roaches. They were very communicative in answering all questions and concerns about the service and chemicals they use to make sure it was safe for my exotic pets.

I was immediately scheduled for service within three days of my original call for a price they can't be beat! They reached me on the day they said they would and called when they were in my area and were here within 15 minutes. Andrew and Brad showed up and were very friendly, professional, and quickly serviced my house. They do a follow up call for free within the next couple of weeks and they reached all my problem areas with ease.

We switched to O'Hara Pest Control a little over a year ago, and our yard has never looked better! They send the same technician every time, so he knows me, our yard, our issues. In between service visits, if we ever have a problem.they tend to it right away. A+ customer service.

O'Hara Pest Control was right on time, went above and beyond and I will most definitely use them again. I actually need more tree treatments along with a routine debugging inside my house - the summer brings out the pests. I highly recommend them.

O'Hara Pest Control services are very knowledgeable and professional. On a scale of one to ten, I would give them a eleven. Not only did O'Hara Pest Control save some of my prized exotic palms that were dying of white fly disease but also saved my Italian Cypress which are doing better than ever.

Pest Control service was ok but the office people are rude and indifferent. I used their landscaping and they were awful expensive and never did the work on time or completely.

The service by Ohara's has been excellent. They call the day prior to treating my lawn and citrus trees. When I have any questions, they are prompt with either a returned phone call, or a visit for re-treatment.

They would come and give me a song and dance about.the bugs are mating.too much rain.not enough rain and the excuses why bugs would be in and outside my house just continured At one time my pavers were inundated with fire ants nesting in the seams.
