Very professional and polite. Only thing I wish you could have yard sprayed for fleas, since that's the most important insect in your yard if you have pets, especially thru summer months and not pay extra. It should have been included in your quote. Also not being able to decide how many months a year you want service. But all in all I love the employees I've had contact with.

I called a few exterminators in town for my moms home. Stark has the highest reviews and they did not disappoint. Brittney answered my call and all of my questions. She advised me on the best plan for my moms needs. She was able to get me into the schedule the following day (which is crazy fast service and much appreciated). They have an online payment system which I absolutely love.

It's easy to navigate and I was able to pay within a matter of minutes. Josh called the day of the appointment to let me know what time he would be on-site. He was extremely professional. He spent quite some time on the initial visit spraying around the inside and outside of the property. He also went around a second time inside and outside with a duster to remove all cobwebs from the interior and exterior (corners of the house, around the garage doors and all the windows). I signed up for a quarterly service and I feel like my mom is in very good hands.

Technician was very professional and courteous. Recently purchased a home. Requested service because I had a giant spider web outside my house and saw a water bug in my bedroom. So far, I haven't had any more issues. Really like that I have the option to contact someone to come out in between quarterly visits if there are issues.
