Seems like a family run business, during a stressful and surprising termite scare the whole team were able to answer questions and take care of our beloved home like it was their own. Avoid this company. They did inspections for my elderly mother for years and took over the records from the previous business owner who also billed for annual inspections of a house that had no termites. We had inspections stop and then six years later go to sell house only to find Kendrick does inspection and says treatment is needed. Surprise, surprise, they provide an estimate to treat.
No surprise this estimate was slightly below the competition in the area. Kendrick knew the termite infestation was DECADES old and it was not a problem they just saw a way to bill another $900 for nothing. One treatment they "guarantee" no checks, no additional inspection nothing. I would NOT recommend this company for work.

We had an issue with dry wood termites. I called Kendrick Pest Management and had John show up a couple of days later. John is a young man who seemed very knowledgeable. He is the son-in-law of the owner. He gave me a price, no pressure whatsoever. I scheduled the treatment date. John and his team showed up on time. They did a great job at a great price.
Far better than the "Big Guys" that spend big bucks on advertising. I always like working with a family run businesses when possible. Very happy with my decision to go with Kendrick.
