It says a lot about a company that guarantees their product and workmanship, when 4 years later, you can give them 5 stars. During a home inspection when selling my house, the buyer's inspector commented on a part of the roof that could be better sealed. Mind you, I've never had an issue with the roof since installation. However, when I called Brisco, they came out within a few days, and they did the work a few days later after they took a look.

No criticism of the inspector. They just got it done so I could sell my house. Also, they were busy but they said that the customers under warranty were priority. Which given, they fully honored the warranty and there wasn't a fee, I have to admire their integrity. I think they have their priorities straight! Really recommend highly and would use them again whenever I need a new roof or need one fixed.

My wife and I were extremely happy with the job performance from Brisco Roofing. From the first day they arrived to do an estimate on cleaning the moss off our roof and securing our gutters to today when they completed the job, we were sold on both the professionalism and performance of the Brisco team. They were efficient in completing the jobs and cleaned up all the debris from the gutter cleaning and moss.

They hauled off at least 6 full garbage bags! Talk about service! If any of you folks are having doubt about this company, no need! No high pressure tactics, they simply allow their work to speak for itself. Due to a moisture problem in our attic we were advised to have a solar attic fan installed. We called Brisco roofing on the recommendation of our home inspector. David immediately reached out and did an inspection and concluded that a solar attic fan will resolved our moisture problem. We received his bid proposal for the project and thought it was very fair so we proceeded with the installation.

The install was done by Austin and John These two were a perfect team and loved their work. We were very impressed with their work and the service they provided. They also spotted some minor problem with the gutter drainage which they repaired. Thank you all

I have used Brisco Roofing before for my garage five years ago and was extremely satisfied. It was time for my house to get new roof now. From The moment I called till the completed job they were very accommodating. I got three bids and they were the lowest. We had a vacation planned but didn't want roof done while we were gone, they put us on the list and worked dates out with us. The work team showed up on predetermined hour daily and maintained good work ethics. Some of the hardest workers I've seen. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I had multiple roofing companies tell me that I needed to get a new roof. However, after David at Brisco climbed up on my roof to inspect it, he told me I still had a couple years before I needed to replace it. All the other roofers just wanted my money, but Brisco wanted my Trust. He's a wonderful guy with honesty and integrity. Brisco will be the Only roofing company I will use and recommend!

This is the third time my mother has used Brisco Roofing's services, each time for a different building. Each time it was great experience. They are very organized, reliable and professional from office to estimator to crew doing the work. The end result has been beautiful and water-tight each time. We highly recommend this local company.

Stay away. Had 5 call backs. Vents not placed correctly, flashing not installed correctly, used old flashing and charged me for new on my chimney Did not replace appropriate decking and charged me for wood that they did not install. Cut out for vents not square. Staples on flashing not all the way so when you walk on the roof you put hole in the shingles and liner. Forgot to put in a vent for kitchen stove. Terrible workmanship that screws the customer later on.

I called Brisco Roofing to get a repair estimate to fix the shoddy work of the company that had just put our new roof on (the previous 5 months). When I initially called Dave communicated with me that he would be over that day. I did follow up the call and he had forgotten but came right away to provide a quote. We received the email with the official quote and scheduled the work.

The workmen were thorough and conscientious. They had to remove quite a bit of our new shingles because the original work had not been completed in a professional manner. The workmen discovered more damage than Dave had originally caught. They finished the work, explained what they had done and went on their way. Later I got a call from Dave explaining that he had to adjust the cost upwards from the original quote.

While I was somewhat taken aback - after all, usually the estimate lays out highest cost - I understood why there was more charged and it wasn't even 10% more than the original bid. Even if we had known the higher price when we engaged Brisco, we would have still gone with the final cost. In the end, I feel this company could excel by a bit closer attention to promises and I understand that small businesses sometimes suffer in the communications department. I am extremely happy with the work Brisco performed, very satisfied with the cost, and glad we called them. I would use them again and I am glad to recommend them to you.

I do not understand the low reviews. We called April 8 after a tree fell on our garage roof. We had excellent response and excellent follow up. Briscoe ultimately gave us by far the best price and although the garage roof was only a 2 day job they worked us in based on the time frame they gave us. The roof looks great and they left the area immaculately clean.

They also provided a 10 year warranty on their workmanship. I would highly recommend them and we are very satisfied with every interaction we had. Could not feel any better re their work and customer relations.

A tree fell on our house in the horrible April 2017 windstorm. After the tree was removed, we called a long list of contractors to get estimates for re-roofing. Many took a long while to respond and/or come by for an estimate since there were alot of people who suffered damage at the same time. We were quite impressed that Brisco came out promptly and quickly submitted a reasonable bid that included an impressive warranty.

They exhibited great customer service and followed through with prompt scheduling. The roofing crew they sent was friendly, efficient, and skillful. They did a great job and cleaned up well afterward! We highly recommend Brisco Roofing.

I contacted Brisco roofing via their website on a Friday about replacing some old leaking vents and pipe jacks, and installing an additional stem vent for a bathroom fan. Dave came out on Tuesday took a look and sent me an estimate that afternoon. I approved the estimate, and the work was completed by Wednesday morning. I am very happy with how efficiently this was handled, I will be using Briscoe for all future roof related issues.

I originally called asking about having a single roof shingle replaced. I was told there was a $150 minimum so I asked about a roof cleaning as well. I was told someone would call me the next day. No one ever called but two days later I got an email with a quote saying they would be at my house to clean my roof Monday and replace the shingle.

I emailed twice asking about what would be done, when, and trying to make sure the roof was not pressure washed. After not hearing back I called on Monday and was told someone would be there at 9:30am to clean my roof and replace the shingle. At 9:45am I got an email with an invoice for a roof cleaning and shingle replacement. That means they spend less than 15 minutes working on my roof according to the timeline provided.

I came home and the roof wasn't cleaned well at all. I called to complain and someone showed up to clean my roof again. Again it was not well cleaned. I had them come back a third time, it was done with at least some care this time, but again the roof still had a lot of moss on it. I emailed them and asked for a discount or waiver on the price because I was not happy with the work provided and did not want them to come out a fourth time.

I was told I only paid for a shingle replacement and that the "light cleaning" was basically a favor. I was told the treatment put on the ridge of the roof would kill the rest of the moss over the next few months. I was NOT quoted for a "light cleaning". I've have the estimate and invoice stating "clean and treat roofing and replace shingle".

It does not say light cleaning. No one at the company ever said a light cleaning. Basically the work done was not done well (they admit it was a "light cleaning" whatever that means), the shingle replaced does not match the other shingles on my house, and the communication was horrible. The only person who responded to any calls or emails was the office manager. I appreciate that she responded to emails but overall I was very frustrated with the lack of communication throughout the process.

Brisco Roofing is top notch. My roof required a complete tear-off, including most of the rotten decking. 1500+ square feet of roofing material, plywood, vents and flashing, and a new skylight were installed in less than two days.

I called Brisco Roofing on Monday March1st and they came out that afternoon to check my roof out. I received their quote the next morning and they said my roof was in good shape just needed the main ridge replaced and a little cleaning.

I called secondary to my roof leaking and Mr. Brisco came out right away to evaluate the problem. He immediately found the source and to my relief a roofer came out by noon and fixed the problem. What a relief!

Brisco Roofing was extremely professional. They were prompt, reliable and thoroughly cleaned up after the work was completed. They were the best contractor I've ever worked with. I would highly recommend them, as well as re-hire them if I ever needed work on my roof again.

Called Brisco Roofing late in the afternoon after finding a roof vent laying in my yard. They sent a crew out quickly and replaced the vent as well as checking all the other vents and the skylight. Heavy rain started right after they left so they really saved my attic. Appreciate the quick response and great effort.

Review is for customer service only since we can't get them to give us an estimate or put us on their schedule. We have estimates from other roofing companies for roof repair and cleaning in the $3,000 range. Thought we'd give this local company a chance for our business. Receptionist said they wouldn't do ANY cleaning until Fall, and she wouldn't give us a date for when their Fall schedule began, nor would she even put us on the schedule for cleaning. Told us to call back Sept. 30th.

We told them about repairs that we needed and asked if they could come give us an estimate for repairs and cleaning, even if it had to be scheduled in the Fall. NOPE! Won't do that either. I guess we should learn when to take a hint that a company doesn't want our business. Not sure how they manage positive reviews on other sites! I would respect them more if they just told us they weren't interested in our job.

Seriously unimpressed. Was referred by a former customer of theirs and called and left a voicemail to get an estimate to re-roof our garage to match our house, describing the project and asking for a call back. After no call back, I went onto the contact page of the website and inquired, saying "Just left you a voicemail to schedule an estimate for a re-roofing job on my teeny tiny garage (1925 home).thanks!". "Reni" emailed me back with a response of "OK". Huh?

So I emailed that no one had called me back, and her response was to say "Dave will make it over there today some time after 10 am." She didn't ask me if I'd be home, if this was a convenient time, nothing. I emailed back saying he'd need to come by before 10:30 as I would not be home after that. No response. So I left, and my husband happened to be around when Dave stopped by and spent under 5 minutes on the property, really telling my husband NOTHING about how they do business, their availability, nothing.

Five days pass and nothing. I emailed asking why they didn't schedule a time to come by when I was there and why we hadn't gotten an estimate and Reni emailed to just say "I sent it today". Nothing in my email or spam boxes, so asked her to re-email. She sends me the estimate and it's for a corrugated metal roof with panels for light, which we did not ask for.

My husband confimed that he'd asked for a normal composite roof to match our house, so it sounds like Dave was not paying any attention to what we asked for. Oh yeah and still no apologies from anyone for a) not calling us back and b) not bothering to schedule a time and just showing up whenever they wanted to. I don't care how good of work they do, this was rude and unprofessional and their lack of attention to the customer and zero care about providing estimates based on what we actually asked for. Totally uncool. We'll be going with another contractor.
