Hands down the best roofing company around. They had our roof done in 2 days right before the snow storm and the owner Mike come over to check our roof after the snow melted to make sure everything looked great. Erica the Office Manager keeps you informed every step of the way and is super nice and sweet. The crew that was at our house was awesome very kind funny and the clean up was amazing. I had skylights installed by Warner roofing in 2018. They've been an absolute delight since, and allowed us to convert our attic space into a bedroom that's comfortable to sleep in year round. When there was a mix up that delayed the order, I was contacted promptly and Warner made it right by upgrading me to fully solar powered skylights! Way beyond expectations. These skylights have held up against the test of time so far. Thanks for the morning sunshine and the rain to lull me to sleep at night on my skylights.

I had an incident where a supplier to Warner Roofing deliberately ran over my front yard leaving ruts from a big truck. Warner prodded them to fix and the supplier finally got around to it. Hope the sod takes.

We had our home painted, which a huge portion of our roof was over-sprayed. Warner Roofing' Todd was fantastic getting to us promptly w/estimate, images, scheduling and roofing materials making sure everything matched. Mike and Todd's expertise and honesty were greatly appreciated for this repair! Todd also went out of his way to seal upper windows painter didn't do, or would of had water leaks which we truly appreciate! Todd and crew performed excellent quality work, clean up, friendly and great communication both here and office. We highly recommend this company. Thanks for a job well done.

Warner Roofing was great to work with. My roof started leaking after a snow storm this year and they came out promptly after I called them for an estimate. Their estimator, Todd, spent almost 2 hours with me on the roof and in my attic. He drew up a roof plan and we went over roof area and what I was expecting to get out of this re-roof job. Price was very important to me so we had worked out some things that I could do myself after their work was complete to help lower the cost, this included me installing some flashings myself.

Within a few weeks, the re-roof crew came out and tore my roof off and replaced it entirely in less than 2 days. There were some unexpected sheets of plywood that needed to be replaced, they photographed everything so I could see when they were done. I trusted them, but this was an extra step that really showed how trustworthy they are. When they ran into a hiccup, Mike Warner (the owner) called me himself and we discussed the solution on the phone.

Remember those flashings that I was going to replace myself? They went ahead and it did it anyway for no charge, amongst other things that were also excluded from the contract. When the work was done, I had one little area that I had an issue with, I called their office and they had a guy out the next day to fix it, no questions asked. The customer service was great. The quality and speed was great. The price was un-beatable.

When I asked for an estimate, response was quick with great communication. Then, after inspecting my roof and its surrounds, I was told about the materials recommended. It was all clear and choices were open. But the great news was that the roof I have has 4 or 5 years of life still there, and unless I want it replaced now, waiting is recommended. What wonderful honesty! When it is time for that roof replacement I know Warner Roofing is who Ill call, and whole-heartedly recommend

I did a lot of research before pulling the trigger on a new roof. After info was gathered, Warner is a clear winner. They are the only company I trusted to put a new roof on our recently purchased home. Warner has been registered with BBB for over 25 years. Most others in the area have obviously changed their name recently and don't stand behind their warranties.

I also found some companies hire out labor and don't even have/train their own guys. Warner is the opposite, a completely reliable professional company who still stands by all the work they did 25 years ago. Warner also was the most competitively priced out of several bids. This is because they sell you what you need and nothing more. The weather broke a few days early so they asked if they could come sooner than scheduled, which was great.

They really work with the weather so that concern is moot. The crew that came to my house had my entire tear off and re-roof done in half a day. They also brought my ventilation up to code to ensure my new roof is going to last as long as it should. They rolled with magnets to ensure nothing was left on the ground. The crew worked hard and cleaned up everything. Mike Warner came out personally and inspected the work to ensure everything was done to specifications.

The project was on budget down to the penny, they did exactly what they said they would do, and the new roof looks fantastic. My neighbors also love the roof, and some are already getting their projects on the schedule :-
