Brian our Tech was very kind he called in the morning to see if I wanted some coffee. I thought that was very kind. He explained and showed me everything he was going to do. After they were done they cleaned up after themselves. Although they weren't messy at all. We are very happy with him and the company.

Breezeways is a company I would recommend to all family and friends. When I called the office a young lady named Sadie answered the phone very professional and kept a conversation going. She met all my needs and i was very satisfied. The tech Brandon was very friendly when he came to check my unit. This company is a 10/10 for me.

I was told about breezeways but I was a little hesitant to go with them because of the reviews but the lady in the office Sady was very patient and respectful she reassured me that they would take care of my unit and when the tech came out here they were professional and fast. I have been trying to get Breezeway to repair my AC/ furnace that they installed. I have taken time off from work and they have no showed twice. Their phone system doesn't work properly nor the staff. You leave a message and they do not call you back. You leave a message with their office staff which is one person and she does not call you back. I have been rescheduled numerous times.

I've never experienced such unprofessionalism and so many excuses as to why they do not show up. Even when they promised that they will be there they still no show. This has been going on since last year. I will never use them again!

Be very careful doing business with breezeways. They charged me almost as much as a new air conditioner to fix a three year old air conditioner that was just out of service warranty but still under manufactures warranty. They didn't tell me about the fee until it was done. They sent me an estimate which went to my spam and I never saw. They seem to think that this constitutes an agreement to pay that.

I allowed work to go ahead because I was verbally told by the technician that there would be a labor charge. Having not mentioned any exorbitant fees, I falsely assumed it would be a normal service fee. They bullied me into paying the bill in the end. I did business with breezeways for years and I've had bad experiences since new management took over a couple years ago. It is not the same business and I expect they won't last long.

Chandler and his crew did an excellent job installing our AC and heating system after the old one died. They are very professional and do good work. There were a few obstacles given that I live in an older house and they were always very upfront about challenges. I appreciate their hard work, honest, professionalism, and knowledge. Chandler also does a great job of explaining complicated HVAC topics to the layman.

Breezeway is an excellent company to do buisness with. Not only does the company provide excellent service, but the employees are always professional and helpful. I have in fact suggested this company to others who might indicate a future need for airconditioning services.

I can't overstate the awesome service that I got and continue to get from Breezeways. Jose is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. He fully explained everything that was happening with my system and taught me how to maintain it. His experience and high level of integrity make him the best HVAC guy in Tucson. I would never work with anyone else!

I was getting quote's to install a New Split/AC system in our home. Several other AC installation companies had come out to my house and quoted me over 5k to install the AC system for a basic 4 ton 13 sheer unit. They also wanted me to upgrade my electrical panel which would have been an added expense in order to be able to do the job.

After calling several local HVAC companies to perform an annual service on my A/C unit and being told there was up to a month wait before a service call could be scheduled, I contacted Breezeways and discovered that they would be able to send a technician out the same week. The technician, Rudy, was personable, informative, and very professional.

A/C went out down stairs, call to Chas Roberts they could not fit us in until July 11th, Called Breezeway AC with in 2 hours the tech was out at my house with in 1 a minute he knew what was wrong with the unit (capacitor blew), and he had the parts to fix it. Darryl was awesome very friendly and knowledgable!

Had an old A/C unit that went on the fritz. Breezeways was able to come out and get it replaced asap and saved me over $150 from the estimates I got from around town. Highly Recommended!

We had a contract for yearly servicing with these people. When the technician, Darryl, came out this last time, in mid-February, he kept trying to upsell us. He said that we needed to take apart the inside part of the heat pump and clean it, at a cost of several hundred dollars, along with other suggestions.

Great customer service and knowledge. I called and schedule an appointment for a quote. I like to research about the services I am going to receive and found that they were very up front and honest with what needed to be done.
