ATS Heating & Cooling

ATS came highly recommended when the time came to upgrade our AC system. They did not disappoint! From the first contact with the ATS office, to Bobby & Bryce's prompt site visit, to Jeremy & Josh's professional installation, and to Jason's follow-up visit. Everyone was top-notch and exceeded expectations. Our new AC is running great. I've found my go-to HVAC company. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough about the outstanding work ATS Heating and Cooling did while installing a new A/C unit. Both Jorge and Jason are consummate professionals who go out of their way to answer any questions a client may have while striving to deliver quality workmanship and completing service calls in a timely and efficient manner. NOTE: this review is only for their proposal. They did not install as I went with a different company. In fact this was one of five companies that have me proposals. My disappoint with this company started with their initial inspection in order to create a proposal. It was cursory at best. He literally showed up stuck his hand in the doorway to snap a picture, asked what SEER range I wanted, and left.

On top of that the guy, who was nice, made a comment about how tired he was and how COVID social distancing was exaggerated. Then he zipped away. Other companies took the time to inspect, measure, and talk to me about my needs. My furnace space was small, requiring special considerations so I wasn't confident that their proposal would take into account all the needs.

Finally their proposal was MORE THAN DOUBLE the cost of the company I went with (Baker's Mobile Air). I know when companies are busy they tend to over charge in order to limit their business. It was the middle of the summer after all. I understand this but I wish that rather than sending out proposals to everyone they would be more reasonable, take the time to do a good job from the beginning.

Jeremy came out today promptly and did a great job assuring me that my system would be fine for the 2018/2019 winter season. Always good service and nothing to complain about. Ron Morgan visited in the Spring of 2019 and gave us a quote for a new system after finding (expected) flaws with our 18 year old existing system. Ron is friendly, knowledgeable and professional and explained what we would be getting and answered all of my questions about my existing system and the new one. Installation of a completely new system was done by Jeremy Vida and Roman. They were thorough, friendly and professional. I am very happy with the installation. I recommend all of these employees and ATS.

This group was hired by my property manager and they were great! Charles was early for our first meeting and then when he communicated that he would have to come the next morning with the correct part, he made sure that we were his first stop and came within the time frame he gave us. It was great communication all around and he was very professional and respectful of our home. He then called the next day for a follow up to make sure everything was working as it should.

We are new to the Tucson area and wanted to have our newly purchased home HVac checked out. After researching multiple companies, we chose ATS. I am so glad I did. From working with office to the time Jeremy our Technician gave me my detailed report, I was nothing but impressed. Jeremy was awesome! He was so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have found our new HVAC company!

On October 29th, 2019 ATS sent Charles to my home to repair a heating problem. Three days earlier I had someone else here to do the same, but he was only able to get the cooling working with the digital thermostat. Charles was here less than 5 minutes when he found out the problem. He fixed it in another 5 minutes. He was early to my appointment and was a joy to talk to since he was cordial, friendly and easy to talk to.

He is an interesting man and a valuable asset to the ATS family of employees. I highly recommend ATS to anyone with any heating/cooling issues, and cannot say enough good about Charles.

I have high praise for ATS members: Roy, Brandon, Jeremy and the follow up crew who were outstanding in setting up my HAVC system. They were helpful from the beginning when my HAVC problem started and walked me through the whole process and gave maximum effort until I was back up and running. I needed a new thermostat. My maintenance company sent ATS Heating & Cooling. I had an appointment the day after I called. Communication was great and service excellent Jeremy explained what was happening did the repair and checked the system. Very friendly & professional. Will recommend to friends. Thank you!!!

Jason was great! He was on time and very efficient. He explained everything to us which was nice because we were completely clueless when it came to the AC unit. Thanks again for a great experience!

Excellent service and really great people.

ATS has been great since installing a new unit for us in June. Jeremy and the install team were awesome in explaining everything clearly and making the house cool (and warm) and giving all the safety details. We'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

Is there anything worse than having your AC quit when it is 108 degrees? How about it happening the evening of July 3rd, and you have a 1 year old? Our house is only 4 years old, so we knew the AC unit was still under warranty. The manufacturer was closed for the July 4th holiday, and said we should call the company that installed the unit for the builder. THAT company could have cared less and said it would be 2 days before they could even come out to see what was wrong- let alone get parts.

So we called ATS Heating and Cooling at 6:45pm, and Jason came within 40 minutes to diagnose the broken motor. He let us know that we would have to wait until the July 4th holiday was over to get the new part, but he set us up with a portable AC unit that night to get us through.
AMAZING customer service! On July 5th he took care of everything with the manufacturer and our warranty. He even got the part driven down from Phoenix and installed that day. We couldn't be more grateful or satisfied! We will only use ATS Heating and Cooling from now on.

On the hottest day of the year - a record breaking 3 days in a row (June), my A/C croaked. My Home Warranty company couldn't get anyone out to my my house for at least 4 days. ATS Heating & Cooling came to my & my 20 yr old kitty's rescue the following evening getting us up & cooling again! Found out I also have a 20 yr old A/C unit that will unfortunately need to be replaced. I will be buying it through ATS!

Ronnie came out today to do my checkup. I used a Groupon for this service. He is one of the most thorough technicians I've had the pleasure to meet! He is totally trustworthy and honest, and did the most thorough job I've ever seen. I also bought a Groupon for my mom, and I'm telling her to request Ronnie when she calls for her checkup! Thank you ATS! If I have trouble in the future, I'll be calling for Ronnie to come out!

The pastor says that I have to get a job because God is gonna keep me around. better than the doctors telling me I have about 4 months left! As much crazy stuff that I've been through in this life with the fast world with drugs prison lying and treating people badly I'm amazed god still has my back and loves me and has been working miracles in my life.
