We just arrived from a 6-week stay in Arizona and we realized the toilet off the master bedroom was broken. I called Aardvark and spoke with Fred Fazio who told me he and his guys were in the midst of completing a big project and would come see us as quickly as they could. We were very happy with the timely manner in which the repair was done and if there is ever a need for a plumber I will call Aardvark again. I highly recommend Aardvark Rooter, Inc.

Aardvark did an awesome job replacing our leaking hot water heater and clearing up a pair of slow drains. Honest advice, reliable and friendly service- oh, and they were right on-time and did a heck of a job cleaning up.left it better than they found it- not sure you can ask for much more than that. Very grateful for the excellent work they did and will call them again in a heartbeat for anything plumbing related!

We had a broken hose bib which could not be repaired so replacement was the only option. I called on Monday, they looked at the repair for an estimate on Tuesday and made the repair on Wednesday. I'm very happy with the work and the communication every step of the way. If I need plumbing services again they will be my first call.

I needed a vanity installed and a toilet put in. We already had the existing sink and toilet pulled out. First the two guys were late, then they had to leave to get something. Over all to to have the vanity and toilet installed they charged me over $600. I will never do business with them again and suggest you don't either

I was in need of a plumber quickly. I called Aardvark and talked to Fred. He calmed me down and sent someone over within an hr. He was fast, friendly and did the job that needed to be done. Price was fair and reasonable for the work. I would definitely recommend Aardvark and definitely be my first call for any other pluming jobs I need.

[UPDATE] After a few more interactions with Aardvark, I have less positive things to say about them. Their prices are pretty high and the quality of your interaction is entirely dependent upon which one of their employee comes to your house. I've had the original guy come 3 times, he's always been great. But on 2 of those occasions another employee has come and he's been less than helpful and often times straight out condescending. So, your milage will vary.

I'd use them over Roto Rooter if I was in a pinch, but generally I'll go to an actual plumber first if I can. ------- After some heavy rains that resulted in my outdoor drain backing up into my garage, I called Aardvark to see if they could clean out the drain. Of the several companies I spoke to about the issue they were the only ones who came out to see the issue in a timely fashion.

They also had the best price. When they came to do the actual fix, they had recommended jetting out the drain, the service technician decided that he'd try to cable the drain first to see if he could get it clear - since that's cheaper than having to run the jet machine. He was able to clear the drain with the cable and I saved $140 because of his forethought and he gave me a 90 day warranty on top of that.

All of my interactions with them have been positive and they seem to really care about doing the right job to fix the issue rather than the one that will cost the most. I will call them first the next time I have a plumbing issue.

We have great difficulty uninstalling a leaky shower faucet. When the plumbers from Aardvark Rooter arrived, they noticed we had inadvertently damaged part of the valve. They could have told us there was no recourse but to replace the whole valve--a costly repair, but they didn't. Instead, they informed us there was a good chance the damage was superficial and went ahead with installing a new faucet cartridge. Everything worked and they saved us from a more expensive repair. Highly recommended!

Would give them half a star if I could. Discourteous and unprofessional would be the words I would use to describe them. After they missed two previous appointments, we had scheduled a third for another week later. I called the day before to confirm the appointment, and was told that I wasn't on the schedule. When I asked "why" I was told that they were "waiting to hear back from me." I had told them specifically during our previous conversation that a week out was farther than I would have liked to start repairs on an ongoing leak (especially after making me wait already), BUT to set the appointment anyway and if I found someone to come out sooner I would call them back immediately to let them know.

Not only did Fred not put in the appointment on his schedule, he wouldnt even take responsibility his mistake. Nor did he propose any type of remedy. Certainly, I must of sounded a bit frustrated over the phone, but i wasnt rude with him. Instead, he told me, "I don't want to work with you, " and then hung up on me. I may be crazy, but not exactly what I would call exemplary customer service. Half a star, and that's being nice.

I initially spoke to Fred, who also kept in contact with me throughout the solution to our problem. Andre was the first to arrive at our house. We explained to him about what happened and he proceeded to make an attempt to snake the clog out. However, since our house is so far from the street, the 100+ foot snake was not enough.

Aardvark Rooter was called in the morning yesterday and our plumber, Andre, arrived in the early afternoon. He was polite, precise and resolved our problem in very little time. He knew exactly what the problem was and took care of it immediately and restored our bathroom just as it was before he arrived. Will definitely use your services again, if necessary.

This is for a review for a job that was done on December 23, 2015 for a persistent leaky tub faucet that was getting worse and driving me up the wall. Aardvark Rooter was highly recommended by a friend. That friend called Fred Fazio and mentioned my name. As soon as I called Fred that morning before I could even introduce myself, Fred immediately knew who I was.

I called Fred at 10am and he had 2 guys show up by noon. Now that's service! Especially since it was 2 days before Christmas. Fred told me he would call a half hour prior before his guys would show up. Fred originally called an hour later about 11am but I was out shopping for Christmas dinner. He sent his guys to a job in Seattle first and I received another call from him a half hour later and his guys showed up at noon.

I love how Fred kept me updated throughout the whole process. The two gentlemen that showed up were considerate and put some protection on their shoes so they don't get my carpet dirty. I lead them to my master bathroom and they worked away. Unfortunately. the part that was needed to fix my faucet wasn't readily available in their truck so they had to go out and purchase it.

I was glad they were able to purchase the specific model and only charged me for the part, which was quite a reasonable price.of course including the labor. The guys did a wonderful job fixing my master bath faucet and cleaned up nicely after themselves. I highly recommend Aardvark Rooter!

The bottom line up front - if your job is not a high enough dollar figure, you will get pushed aside and out prioritized for other jobs that are. I highly suggest you find another local plumber who might not be as cheap, but they will keep their commitment when they say they will be there.

I sent an email request and within a minute received a call from Aardvark. They were able to get someone out to look at my leaking water heater on the same day. I believe they have emergency service 24-7.

We've used this company twice- the first time was a fine experience, quick easy job. The next time we needed a plumber we were in a bit of a bind, needing a pipe moved for a window installation that was in progress. The gentleman whom I spoke with on the phone both times was pretty curt and direct both times- fine, I can deal with that. The man who showed up, however, was flat out rude.

He knew we were screwed without him and gave us THE most ridiculous price. When we questioned him, he informed us $300/hour was his rate. Ridiculous. He proceeded to complain to our window installers the entire time he was in our home about having to work late and blah blah blah. At the end, I showed him a coupon from their own website (clearly printed on there: good on any job, any time)- he refused to accept it. "Not taking a coupon on THIS job". He re-routed a vent pipe, 1.5 hours, $300 dollars. Never. Calling. Again.

Had a great experience with this company. My shower drains were backing up, and I was afraid my toilet was next so I called them to get a bid on clearing the lines, one of three companies who came out. Not only was their price one half the bid of one of the other two, they scoped the line, cleared it, completed the work efficiently and even offered a guarantee on their service!

They told me that there were tree roots so this could happen again, and some time later it did. I called, and guess what, they actually remembered the warranty, came out and cleared the drains again for no charge. Very impressive, no need to argue with them or prove that they did extend a warranty, they had this in their system already. Next time I have plumbing issues, I will call them again--very pleased with the service!

I have used these guys and they are awesome. Very personable and fast response. Prices were very compatible. They were very honest, I compared them with other plumbing service companies and found that I would only recommend them to every one I know.

If you're looking to keep it simple, keep it affordable, and work with folks that can be straight with you (and, I'm always looking for these), then Aardvark Rooter is the way to go. I've used a few other plumbing/drain cleaning companies, but never quite felt like I could trust what they were doing. My one repair with these guys was enough to make me a future customer. Fred was great on the phone and very forthcoming with how they work and setting me up with an appointment, and Frank came out and took care of what I wanted done, but wasn't afraid to suggest a couple of things that would be even better for me.

We had a toilet and a vanity installed (they also made sure to check my drain situation). Frank kept everything quick, efficient, and wasn't afraid to answer questions. He suggested little extras, like new angle stops and handled everything I needed with ease. Pretty dang affordable too. If you live in the South King/Pierce county areas and are looking for a good plumbing and drain cleaning expert, you should give these guys a shout.

I live in Federal Way and I am so glad I found Aardvark Rooter. I had a scary leak in my wall/ceiling, and this company bailed me out. It wasn't a fun situation to have a leak, but these guys are so friendly and they just took control of the problem. I was actually shocked at how quickly they got me back up and running, and it wasn't nearly as expensive as I've heard other companies can be. We hired these guys a while back(two years) to fix/replace the pipes under the sink. The pipes were replaced with the newer plastic ones, they worked great when they left and they still have no problems today. They were clean and professional, have good customer service, showed up when they said they would and did a great job.

Also, while I was in another part of the house, I could overhear the respect the crew members had for each other in their conversation, and their sincerity in performing the repairs needed to the best of their abilities.

They also would give me heads up on prices, and different options. They never pressured me to get the most expensive fixture available. I am happy to have found this company and would recommend it to anyone for the areas they serve (which is a large area).
