My dishwasher stopped draining and was throwing error codes, we tried to google everything a fixed it ourselves. To no avail- we reached out to AAA Appliance. They got me on the schedule for a service call almost right away. Josh came out, addressed and fixed the issue and even gave me advice on how to keep that from happening again. I would recommend if you're in need of an appliance repair!

Josh was excellent at diagnosis had to order parts and came back and only charged one service fee very impressed with final bill. Very nice to deal with and great communication Service:Refrigerator/freezer repair

I love AAA! Josh B., the tech who fixed my dryer, was wonderful! Explained everything as he made the repair. Next appliance issue, I'm calling AAA.

They canceled at the last second. They said they would be here the next morning but again did not show

I had a clogged drain line in my fridge that was causing water to leak all over the floor. AAA Appliance Services was recommended in a local FB group, so I gave them a call. Michelle handled the intake with professionalism and courtesy, and we promptly scheduled a service call. When the service tech, Josh, came out, he was on time, courteous and quickly diagnosed the problem.

Although the part had to be ordered, it didn't take very long to get it in stock, and Josh came back out and repaired the fridge. The cost for this repair was a great value, and the timeline and ease to schedule a service call was on point. A great experience overall. I'll definitely recommend AAA Appliance Service and would use them again if needed.

I have been impressed with the professional and timely service I have received from AAA Appliances. I have had several issues with my GE. dishwasher and cook oven microwave, both of which are only a few years old Each time I called they were out in days, gave an accurate diagnosis the repairs were made quickly, even when parts had to be ordered. But what I found most refreshing was that they were trustworthy, a quality very rarely found today.

Never once was I given a bill of goods just to run up the bill. Each of my repairs were necessary and the repair bill was exceptionally fair. Example, on one of my calls, the dishwasher wouldn't drain, Paul the Service Tech/Owner. took the whole drain pump assembly apart, found a piece on porcelain that had jammed the pump. What I valued most, was he took the time to see if he could repair my drain pump before having to replace it.

I know this may be a small thing, but small things for the most part aren't being done anymore, most Techs. say this is your problem and install or order a replacement part because it's easier and in some cases more profitable. I have found my appliance repair company and it's AAA Appliance Services.

Fantastic communication and service. Part was ordered and a few days later, dishwasher repaired. Paul was great! Reasonable price. Will use them again!

Zero stars if possible. These con artist came out to my house to diagnose my microwave which wasn't working. The tech explained to me the microwave needed a new diode, but didn't have one and it may be awhile before he could get one. I ordered the exact part he recommended off Amazon and installed it directly as it's a simple plug and play.

No surprise, he was wrong and the microwave still doesn't heat. The company refuses to work with me, give me my money back for the incorrect diagnosis and waste of my time and money. I had to call them 3 times today alone and explain what happened 3 times as they never called me back. Now theyre basically saying I'm a liar. So I paid $80 for the wrong diagnosis and my microwave still doesn't work. They are the liars! Terrible customer service and rude phone reps. Stay away!

Paul came out and checked out my bad dryer last Monday. Said he will order the parts and come back to fix it. Well they said 9-11 am, so I took the morning off. To my surprise Paul was actually early arriving at 8:45. Fixed the dryer as promised. Very professional and a fair price. Would recommend! Service:Washer/dryer repair

I have used AAA Appliance for over 10 years. Prior to this I found myself changing service companies after one or two uses. Bottom line is AAA knows what they are doing. They have serviced my sub zero refrigerator and ice machine very well. I never hesitate to call when I have a need. Professional, courteous, fair, and very reliable. I can't emphasize enough the fact they know appliances and thus provide outstanding service. I recommend them without hesitation.

Michele was a pleasure to talk to and schedule. Paul was super professional, got the job done! He thought he could fix it the day of but ended up needing a part. You could tell he hated that he couldn't get me up and running the same day. Got a call the next day and they got me in within a week to get the new part in. Can I tell you my washing machine has never run as great as it is now. Its been wonderful. So happy to have found Paul and AAA Appliance. Will do business with them again nd would highly recommend them!

I can't say enough good things about these folks. Ray is a refrigeration Jedi! We thought our refrigerator/freezer was on its last leg. we were in the middle of a Pandemic with beer getting warmer by the second which is never good. Ray came out and got us chillin again! Mike was our service guy. Such a nice and thoughtful person! Our dryer wasn't working and he fixed it. But, not only did he fix it but cleaned out all the old lint that had been collecting inside the bottom of the dryer. Needless to say it wasn't a clean job to undertake. We will definitely use AAA Appliance again and will certainly recommend them to our friends!

Fixed my dryer but did not reconnect the exhaust hose causing extreme dust and humidity in the house. The steam shorted out the lights in the laundry room. I called to have them come back and the tech claimed he told ME to reconnect the hose. This is complete nonsense. Why would the tech disconnect but not reconnect the hose. And then have the nerve to blame me. I have used this company twice, but never again.

Very disappointed in repairman. Customer service was good, made the appointment and they said they have a flat rate $69.50 for the tech to look at the dryer, if they fix it I just pay for parts and labor. Well, the repairman said it was the motor which would be $395; but he needed to charge another $100 just to look in the back to see if something fell in it. We declined and just bought a new one. Will not use them again.

Came out to fix our Frig. after hours. Had to order part and came out two days later after hours to complete job. Sam was great. I will pass the company name to all my friends, They did a great job

I called at 2pm because my 10 year old washer wouldn't start. Sam came out at 3:30, and was done by 4pm on the very same day. He was efficient, courteous, and got the job done. I will use them again.

Was great! Service amazing, fridge went out a few days ago, they came and fixed it with the part the next days. Wonderful job. Highly recommend

The repairman came within hours of our call, diagnosed the problem, and told us he would call immediately when the part came in, which he did. By the time he came back to finish the repair on the washing machine, our refrigerator had quit making ice and the drain line was plugged. He fixed all the problems in a timely way and knew exactly what to do. We were very pleased with the service we received.

Michelle in the office was a sheer pleasure to talk with/ very personable. They were able to squeeze me in to repair a refrigerator for our tenant. The service guy Brian was wonderful and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and fixed the issue with ease. Even when it came to the bill, I found them to be very reasonable and most of all very honest! Wish there were more companies out there like them, would give them 10 stars if i could. Highly recommend:0.

Be careful using their service, they will come in fix your appliance and then when it doesn't work in a few months, they will charge you labor to come fix what they should have correctly fixed the first time. The customer service manager is rude and doesn't understand customer service, Rosa argued before I even got frustrated and would not listen, she shouldn't be representing this company.

I would love to hear if this is the owner's way of thinking however they won't even tell me who that is. Companies that cannot stand by their initial work shouldn't be in business. 30 days is not enough time to ensure the repair was done correctly.

Ray has been repairing major appliances for me for several years. My neighbor referred him to me, and since I started using his company, I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else! What I love about Ray is that he really tries to fix things rather than load you up with expensive new parts. He responds very quickly when I need a repair, and seems to know all the brands.

Called A Appliance to repair my Garbage Disposal. Their repair man came on time as promised by their office. He was fast and took care of cleaning after the fix. These guys are good and they mean business. I will call them again.

A-Appliance sent a tech out to my house to look my Samsung refrigerator since it was not cooling. Remon showed at to my house and was very nice & knowledgeable about what he was doing. He even showed my the problem & told me everything that was going on.

I recently called A-Appliance about my refrigerator not cooling. From the 1st call to the office I was greeted with friendly and professional service. The ladies in the office were awesome and set me up for service the same day!

Had Remon out to repair our microwave today and had a wonderful experience. Remon was smart, friendly and professional. The repair was done on-time and quickly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My door lock stopped working on me while washing my little girls clothes and i called about 5 or 6 places, the soonest i was going to see that part would be in about 5 days, most places were closed for the holiday.

Ray is a dying breed-someone who can truly repair an appliance, not just replace parts. He's fantastic-the best serviceman I've ever known. These days, most appliance service companies are trained just to replace parts, not repair. Ray and his company provide true, old-fashioned, appliance repair and I wouldn't dream of using anyone else!

Tech did not have the proper tools. He was supposed to fix the fridge but ended up doing something to the freezer and it stopped working. We tried to call and get help. Our calls were not returned.

Remon, came out and fixed my refrigerator. He was very courteous and great to work with. I would highly recommend A-Appliance!
