I have an old model washer that was in need of repair. I contacted Sears Appliance Repair which I was totally disappointed in. Two repair technicians came out and never fixed the problem. Mind you this is a Sears product. I searched and found CAS Appliance repair and scheduled a repair visit with Chris. Chris was very professional and honest with me.

He arrived on a Saturday and diagnosed the problem. Although it was costly to repair a transmission on an old model washer it was worth it to me. I was very satisfied with the quality of service he provided.

Chris picked up my washer and delivered it after it was repaired. I'm now washing again and I'm super happy I decided to go with this company. I will continue to use this company for all if my future appliance repairs. Thank you again Chris for the Veteran's discount.

I'm so impressed by the quality, honesty and professionalism. I was so desperate because my fridge stop working and I was worried about all my food. My husband and I went to shop around for a new one because we though it was cheaper then fixing it. I couldn't let go my fridge so I google and started calling for a repair business, and the only one that sounded trustworthy was Chris. I was not expecting him until the next day, but he made made it possible and showp up the same day. Chris and his technician are definitely awesome, thank you guys!!!
