Checkmate Carpet Cleaning

My husband booked this company to clean our stairs. Awhile back, we had a dog go into heat and it caused our younger dog to go crazy and as a result, he started marking the stairs. Well, that led to other animals also using that area as a place to potty. I have tried cleaning the area myself with a home shampooer, I have used Nature's Miracle multiple times, as well as other oder neutralizers with little success.

It still stunk! I am terrible with names, but I am pretty sure the owner of this company is who did the job. He was very transparent in letting me know that the pet oder may not come all the way out. Well, I am happy to report that I can no longer smell pet mess! We ended up having him do three rooms in addition to our hallway and stairs. Though he took a little longer than anticipated (which I appreciate a job well done rather than rushing through), and the sqft came out to a little more than his original bid, he only charged us the bid (thank you!).

Never once did I feel that "up sale", sales person pressure. I asked questions, he answered, and waited patiently while I consulted my husband on the phone. He was professional, personable, and did a stellar job. I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking to freshen your carpets. Sending a huge thank you from the Walters Family!

Bill came here on time and listened to our concerns and what we were hoping for. He explained what he could do and hopefully could meet our expectations. But he knows his job well and all types of carpet and knows what limitations of what comes clean and what won't. He said he would do his best and as it turned out our carpet almost looked brand new! Checkmate Carpet Cleaning is the best carpet cleaning service we have ever had. Bill is so knowledgeable and friendly. He went above and beyond. Not only did he do a fantastic job cleaning our carpet, it looks like new, he treated cat urine stains in our sons room that we were unble to treat successfully ourselves. He also did a great job repairing carpet that was not secured to the tac strip. I highly recommend Bill and Checkmate.

Our neurotic dog accidentally locked herself in our master bedroom and, in her panicked state, she dug up a portion of our Berber carpet at the doorway to try to dig her way out. George will rip you off! Make sure you talk to him about the price up front. My Landlord uses George for cleaning the carpets. I asked him if he could clean an old mattress with pet stains while he was at the house.
