Kaleb came out today to clean my gutters and outside windows. Once again, it was a great job. They have been doing this service for my home for over 4 years. Colter arrived on time and did a fantastic job. What I thought was just a small gutter clogged with debris turned out to be a more extensive job to clear our gutters. He cleared both sides of our house gutters and checked the down pipe drains to make sure they were working properly. We used them to install our roof Christmas lights. They looked great and lasted through the wind storms. Not only was their service slightly cheaper than the previous company we used but they did something we were not expecting. The day they installed our lights they did a walk around our property and heard what sounded like water dripping. They did some searching and found a cracked pipe in our underground sprinkler system.

They immediately turned off the water valve, marked the box with blue painters tape so we'd know which box was the problem, talked to the neighbors to see if it was their system, left us a note on the front door, AND called and left us a voice message. This is one THOROUGH company!

When you're having your entire exterior washed down, you have plants in play. shutters, and screens that are prone to damage. The A1 Integrity crew is very conscientious about that.
