Fantastic carpet cleaning. Sean even got rid of spots I was sure were permanent. He shows up on time, is efficient, and when he leaves, the carpet looks pretty much like new. And it's white and 6 years old!

After being told by other cleaners that they could not do a condo, Sean showed up with a mobile unit. He did a very good job and my carpets look better than I ever remembered them to be.

Sean is very professional and friendly. We were staying at an AirBnb in Portland for a couple months for work and our 3 year old kid had an accident on our couch. After he visited one time, we noticed there was still some small spots, and he returned to resolve those. Also, the morning he came back, my son had just stepped in some pee that had spilled out of his potty and proceeded to climb on the couch. Sean addressed the new pee spots as well.

I'm very grateful for his services. Needless to say, I learned my lesson to always cover couches at Airbnb from here on out because accidents will happen, especially with a toddler. I highly recommend Sean!

I had a strong pee smell from either my dog or cat in my living room. He was very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and could tell by the smell that he thought it was coming from the dog. He cleaned the entire apartment and completed a special cleaning process for the pee smell. My carpet looks fantastic. It's been almost a month and none of the stains/dirt in high traffic areas have come back like they do using other carpet cleaners. Every time Sean cleans my office carpet, it looks like new. It's white - I know, a bad choice - but I wasn't thinking of maintenance when I chose it. He's fast, very thorough - and even cleans the 2 carpet "scraps" I use at the doors. His prices are very reasonable, his work is impeccable, and you'll never find a nicer guy. I recommend him 110%!

I needed a last minute steam clean before moving into our new house. I always check Yelp and found Sean's great reviews on here. Sean was very flexible in the scheduling which I greatly appreciated. He is very thorough and was even able to help us after we discovered tragic mishaps (cat pee) in the carpet of the home we just purchased! He was able to completely remove the issues and the carpet feels brand new.

I also have a rug that has been steam cleaned several times prior to Sean cleaning it and I clearly didn't even know what the original color was! It feels fresh, soft, and bright! He is clearly passionate about his work and very pleasant to work with as well. 100% would hire again and highly recommend!

If you're debating on a carpet cleaning company because there's so many and they use different methods, USE Sean's Carpet Care HANDS DOWN! There are horror stories out there about carpets being too wet after using the hot water method of cleaning but my experience with Sean and his service is completely opposite. He left at 1pm today and as I'm writing this it's 7:30pm and my carpets are dry to the touch!

There is a faint scent of CLEAN, not a chemical smell as some worry about. My carpets had not been cleaned since I bought my home 3 years ago and they look brand new and smell brand new. In addition to getting the living/frequently traveled carpeted areas of my home cleaned, I had 4 pet urine areas that needed treated along with 29 stairs. The entire job from arrival to pulling out of my driveway took about 4 hours. Sean is very knowledgeable and engaging.

We called Sean pretty last minute, asking if he could come to clean the carpets of our 2 upstairs bedrooms, the landing, and a carpeted staircase - he was super nice, quoted a price range over the phone, and was able to come when we needed. It was super affordable, we were surprised just how affordable, and the carpets look PERFECT. Couldn't be happier, those carpets were vom-town, I don't know how he did it. We'll definitely recommend him to friends.

I called Sean last week and he agreed to come clean my upholstery at 9 this morning. He arrived promptly at 8:59 and spent TWO HOURS using his "whole chemistry set" to find the right solvent to remove some stubborn stains on my couch. The mystery stain came from a renter while I was out of town and I didn't have a clue what it might be. I honestly thought I'd have to replace it, but thought I'd give Sean a try.

I was so impressed by his tenacity and the care and time he took to "win" over the stains. Now that it's nearly dry, I'd say it's 95% better.and perfectly livable. The price was reasonable and he charged exactly what he quoted over the phone despite the extra work. I will never use anyone else.

There are those who just work a job and there are those who love their job and attack it with a passion. Sean is the latter! He lives and breathes carpet cleaning. He is amazing and works very hard. He can tell you right away if something can be done about a stain or not based on the carpet type and stain substance. It's truly fascinating. I received Sean's flyer at my door last week. I called Sean and set up a meeting in which he inspected my carpets and couch. Sean set up the cost for the total project. Though my home is only 3 years old and the carpets were in pretty good shape, I was extremely please with the result.

Sean is worth the money! spending money on carpet cleaning coming back from vacation is not what i wanted to do but sean came out explained to me the process and took care of everything.

Its been now 5 years in a row that Sean's cleans my carpets, and every year is a great experience, it is spotless, punctual. In the past I tried the "offers" and 1 month later the carpets look horrible, but NOT with Sean. Another thing is we have leave home and he is honest working professional.
