The History of Armstrong: E.H. Armstrong founded Armstrong Supply in 1934. He repaired radios and sold appliances. Mr. Armstrong and his son-in-law George Carpenter, bought out a local plumbing contractor in 1969 and started C & L Mechanical. This allowed our company to get into the plumbing business.

They arrive way early than the arranged time despite the very cold, winter weather. They inspected the water heater and electrical system thoroughly. recommended options and they got right to fix/replaced what was needed. They called the electrician and he came right away. Thus the 5 hours work was done immediately within 4 hours. They also gave us education on proper maintenance and safety. The price was within the expected amount.

Isaac and Brent came to run a camera down the main line at my house. I was having issues with my system backing up every few weeks and finally called to get a camera ran and see whats up. He ran the camera and couldn't see anything, rather than shake my hand and leave he instead ran the spartan snake and checked again. He showed me exactly what I needed to see.

I recently replaced my main line except for a small section. That section of Orangeburg is collapsing due to roots which is causing the occasional backup. I will definitely call them back again if I ever need assistance. Thanks Isaac!

The technician who worked on our drain issues didn't stop until he figured out the problem. He also told us what to look for if this became an ongoing issue, what we would be facing. We have used Armstrong Mechanical for both plumbing and AC work. We came back from a trip and our AC was blowing warm air. Called Armstrong on Tuesday. The window for our appointment was 1 -5 pm so we had a warm night. The technician, Ron Murdock came at 4:49 and stayed until he completed the job. What wonderful service is that?! We purchased their continuing service plan. Armstrong Mechanical is a good place for AC and Plumbing. I would highly recommend them.

This place is terrible. I used to use them for both air conditioning and plumbing. They are the most expensive and probably the biggest plumber business in town. they have a huge turnover rate for workers all trying to start their own business or leave.
