Hands down most professional and knowledgeable technicians. Another company just wanted to sell me a new unit without doing any trouble shooting. Service was good but the communication needs work. The technicians came and after I identified the problem they fixed it. They were excellent in that regard. The problem I have is the pricing and the fact that they dont give you any estimates or flat rates for the service. They wont tell you anything until they come to your house first. Which doesnt make sense because as soon as they got to my house they knew the exact price for the job that I told them on the phone. Had I known the price over the phone I would have declined the service.

Most basic unclog jobs in the area are around $50-$125. They charged a flat rate of $225 for less than 30 minutes of basic work. I can't recommend a company that knows what the price will be (because as I said earlier as soon as I told them the problem they instantly gave me a fixed price) but they choose to wait until they were on sight to give it, and then that price be over 4 times what the average price is for the same service.

In these times saving every penny you can is important so if you are on a budget but need similar service, look elsewhere. Edit on Wednesday, May 18th: Got a call from the manager and he took the time to address my review and after explaining to me the process and agreeing to better communicate with his employees he also gave me a credit back for their service. I feel completly valued now as a customer and I can recommend them to other people. Customer service is important and for that I have to give Sinclair 4 stars. Bravo!

Called after my A/C stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. Quickly got me on the schedule and were up front about the time it would take to get a technician out to my house. Kohl was the tech who arrived within a few hours and he got the unit up and running within about 30 minutes. He took to time to explain what was causing it and made some suggestions on how to maintain my system. This company has definitely earned my business going forward.

My hats off to the entire staff at Bryant Sinclair Heating & Air on Upland in Lubbock from the office staff to our technician, Jonathan Cooper. He not only had an outstanding personality with hands down the best customer service around, but he was also very professional, friendly & knowledgeable! He was also a Military veteran so I salute Jonathan on his job well done!

I recently came home on a Saturday afternoon to my AC unit not cooling. After checking a few things, I call another AC company. Once they had checked the system, they told me my compressor was shot. They recommended I replace the entire unit at a cost of $10 - $12k. Having time to think about things I decided to get a second opinion and called Sinclair.

They were very professional, sending a pic of the tech which would be doing the service work and communicating the process. The tech arrived on time, was very professional and even wore shoe covers while inside. Once he had assessed the unit he too told me the compressor was shot. He then provided three options ranging from just over $2k to just over 4k.

He took the time to explain each option and their benefits as well as the warranty included with each. Choosing to go with the $4k option, the tech then told me they would have to find a unit and have it shipped. He explained this could take some time, but they would do their best to get it here asap. He also explained they would waive their service fee due to the purchase.

By the end of the day I received a call from the office personnel letting me know they had located a unit and would have it in their warehouse by 8:30 the next morning and could schedule their team to be at my home by 9am. The installers where on time and got to work quickly, even though it was raining. Both men were polite and explained everything and by noon I had AC running in the house again. Sinclair did exactly what they said, their people are beyond professional and their communication is amazing. I will only use Sinclair for my service needs in the future. Thank you!

Very prompt service. Our technician, Andrew, diagnosed a bad contactor on our outside a/c unit in 5 minutes. Talked me through the process and replaced the part quickly, then did other diagnostics to verify coolant level, amps, etc. I highly recommend Sinclair. They are prompt, honest, and reasonably priced.

Josh responded very quickly and explained our options clearly. I felt the cost was fair and the plumbing service was excellent! We will use Sinclair next time we have a problem!!

This was my second Mr. Slim installation. This unit was installed in my home-office. From the very start, canvases were draped over my work areas to protect my expensive equipment! There was no guess work in the installation process. The men coordinated the work from both the inside and outside. The outdoor impact on the environment was minimal.
