Comfort Masters was the vision of Scott Stephens (Vice President) and Glenn Davis (President).

They knew that a quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning bsuiness (HVAC) paired with expert plumbing services would serve the West Texas area. Comfort Masters was founded in 1990 in Lubbock, and expanded operations to Littlefield in 2003. We provide service to Lubbock, Littlefield and surrounding communities.

He explained what needed to be done before the repair and repaired both faucets. The cost for repair was reasonable. I called Comfort Masters because my A/C wasn't blowing cool air. They were quick to come by the house and proceed to tell me my unit was too old to repair and that I needed a new one. I got a second opinion and found out my unit was not too old to repair and all it needed was a good cleaning and a little Freon.

At first, they were great to work with. They came out in a timely manner and the guy that gave us a quote was great. However, once they had us on the hook to get the work done, I had to wait well over an hour for the service guy to show up, after he had told me 30 minutes.
