Owner is very unprofessional and rude. I asked her as the tenant if she can give a letter stating that my apartment that I am renting from is being treated for rodents for my own records due to the fact that I am getting a new landlord and she's telling me she can't ask the old landlord she don't want to get in the middle and hung the phone up on me.
I was not asking for a receipt for services being that I wasn't paying for it but she could give me something to show proof that the house was being treated for rats to the new landlord.

No pun intended, but this was a classic bait and switch. My wife was quoted $65 for an interior spray and they charged $95 after service was rendered. My wife called the office while the technician was here and they told her the cost would be $85 for the services performed. If they added to the basic service, we were not advised. I didn't know until after they left but my wife said she confirmed with the technician prior to beginning to spray the cost was to be $65 and he confirmed. Very frustrating to deal with this type of nonsense.

They are fantastic! I had a big problem of bedbugs in my house that i was not able to solve by myself with the products you find in a store/supermarket. I called them. The lady on the phone was really nice. She sent me someone immediately. Price were really good and the service fast and serious. No more bedbugs! Super efficient! They solve it and the lady called back a week later to check if everything was ok. Professional, quick, efficient and nice, and all that for the best price.

At the beginning they will tell you everything you want to hear. They stated that thay they will service until the pest is gone and close the entries so your home is free of pest. They will go 3 times and leave all traps in your home and noone will answer you anymore. Lady on the phone is nice to collect the payment but very rude afterwards. Careful, this company charges cheap but not worth it. They will only keep your money and your problem will remain.

It's a family owned business with incredible customer service thay are very friendly to i had allot of pest problems because of my yard and inside the house but thay got rid of all my pest so if you or someone you know is having pest problems just give them a call you won't be disappointed take my word thanks we kill. There was a huge population of rats at my basement and was scared to go there. My neighbor told me about We Kill Pest Control and that he is satisfied from their work. I called'em, made an appointment and they came next day, installed traps and came after few days to remove the traps and all nasty rats. I am really satisfied from their work!
