Al and James came to our home last year to take a look at what we were fearing was termites to the extent of needing to tent. Luckily, they were able to treat the remote area affected in just a couple hours. They were both extremely knowledgeable and friendly. A few weeks ago, we noticed a couple bugs every few days (bug season, duh) so we contacted them because we were within the guarantee.

We scheduled a visit, Al was punctual and took care of the area in no time. Again, amazing service and beyond personable. Highly recommend them for any pest control needs. I've passed their info to several friends based off the pleasant experiences we've had with them. Had one of the BEST customer service experience in years! After requesting a call through Yelp to get estimate for a tent treatment I received a call from James (786)359-6430 in less than 10 minutes; he was punctual arriving to my house and to my surprise after inspecting he recommended just an area treatment which resulted in a substantial reduction in my cost, including a 1yr. guarantee; if the problem returns within that time and if a tent is needed, he will credit me for this treatment.

Once again he was punctual and thorough treating the areas; its been 3 weeks and I have not seen any signs of termites. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND James to anyone and definitely send my relatives and friends if they need pest control.
