I reached out to this company for a termite issue in my home & a pest control service plan in another home. Person who came to my home was knowledgeable but later revealed that she is unprofessional and forgetful. Her name is Taylor cassalia. I asked her to give me a quote for what I wanted and she sent me a quote with a 1600+ price on it. I asked her what does this number include based on the two properties that I told her about.

Her response is that she forgot to quote me for the 2nd location. Saying that she's been really busy due to the covid and tried to blame me because I took a couple of days to get back to her with a decision of what I was going to do with the 1600+ price I had originally got (I was shopping around). I swallowed what I really wanted to say to her when she tried to blame me and told her I understand, can you get me the quote so I can make a decision.

She sends me a 1400+ priced quote and I call her back confused. I say what is this quote because I only wanted pest control at my 2nd location. She apologize and continued to say she's been busy due to covid. Mind you, while she was in my home talking to me about her service I told her that the 2nd property is a rental property and I have a contract with my tenants to do pest control every 3 months.

After she gives me a new quote (my 3rd quote at this point) it gives me a 145 initial price, then 70 every time they come back. She tells me that they have an available slot on that Friday to do it. I say yes let's book me for Friday because I don't want to lose that slot for my tenants. I wanted to take care of my tenants property 1st before I handle the termite issue at my own home. Thursday comes, I pay over the phone with someone named Jessica (would not give me a last name).

She confirms her team will be there the following day. While on the phone she says I see your quote is for us to come back every 2 months. I tell Jessica that I told Taylor every 3 months is what I agreed to. Understandably, Jessica can only go by what she sees the quote say since she wasn't originally taking care of my order. She tells me that Taylor isn't there to help clear up the issue.

She also tells me that the price is also going to be higher than I was quoted by like 10 bucks. I'm very frustrated at this point and Jessica says she can't help me. While on the phone with her I ask to speak to someone above her. She says there's no one available at the moment and the procedure to request a manager call back is to email info@crushbugs.com saying that I want a manager to call me.

I followed her instructions. It's currently 10 days later and no manager has called me back! And I email them reminding them every 2-3 days, I've gotten an email back saying "thank you for your email". If you took the time to read this review, as a consumer please be aware of the companies you give your hard earned money to. Not all companies deserve your money. Especially the unprofessional ones. CRUSHBUGS IS AN UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

Outstanding service! I had dry wood termites and subterranean termites, called Crush Bugs, they came out the next day and did an assessment of my home and suggested some treatments. Got it done and haven't seen any termite droppings of any sorts! Definitely would recommend this company hands down! I also have them come out and do my pest control for me once a month. very good company and the customer service is out of this world!

I am a home owner so I have always been very aware of the termite problem in South Florida. In terms of customer service, price, and courtesy, this company is outstanding. I have asked them to conduct inspections for termites and they have always responded quickly to my requests. They are very good at their craft and have always been very friendly and accommodating.

In fact, they have always gone above and beyond whenever I asked them to service my property. And there is another thing I like about this company--they will not try to sell you something that is not needed so they are honest and fair in the way they conduct their business. And their prices are more than reasonable. I recently had some minor termite issues and they explained to me that there was not a need to do the whole house tenting thing.

The problem was handed promptly and professionally without paying a lot of money. I like to thank everyone at Crush Bugs, especially Taylor, who was so accommodating, friendly, and professional.

When I had a problem with termites last year I called Crush Bugs and they took care of it. They were flexible and accommodated my schedule. I haven't seen any evidence of the termites returning and it's been over a year. Prices are reasonable. It's Definitely a worthwhile investment to protect your home.

Amazing team! I had termites and roaches in my condo. Taylor came out and inspected the problem areas and explained everything to me in detail with an extremely friendly demeanor. She was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. She answered all of my questions and assured me that they would do whatever needed to be done to eradicate all pests. All service technicians that have been to my property for routine sprays have been extremely friendly and professional. Best of all, no more pests. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I cannot recommend the team at Crush Bugs enough! They came during the window they said they would, and called to give me a quick heads up when they were on their way. They had a plan in place to tackle the German roaches that invested my kitchen and by the next day we noticed a significant decrease in bugs. They are coming back to do a 10 day treatment to kill the eggs before they hatch into more. Great group!

Crush Bugs is the most unprofessional business I've encountered in S. FL. The team that came to tent my home was sub-contracted by Crush Bugs. Crush Bugs did not inform me of this. When the team came to my home I asked what their names were. They were very rude and extremely unprofessional. The team said they did not have to give it to me and no one had ever asked for their before.

The team even said "We can leave if you want!" Because I was not allowing to enter my home without knowing who they were. Ultimately the team left. When I contacted Crush Bugs the office manager Vicky offered for me to call the company they sub-contracted to share my experience with them. She said "We can't control the team and their customer service." "They're not trained." Vicky accepted no responsibility on behalf of the company Crush Bugs contracted to come and service my home.

I asked to speak with George the owner, however, it had been 5wks since I have asked for him to give me a call and I have yet to hear from him. I would never recommend this company to any of my family members or friends. Customer service starts at the top of any company and it was made apparent that this is not a priority if Crush Bugs. Very disappointed.

I highly recommend this family owned and operated pest control business. I have been using Crush Bugs for more than 3yrs now and am very satisfied. The technicians call before they show so I have notice. They are quick and thorough with the treatments. They always check anything I might worry about without any complaints. I consistently have a pest free house and that's makes me very happy!

I highly recommend Crush bugs pest control because they're very thorough and they know about the chemicals and I have a lot of questions all the time. Chris, the technician is very nice and he's quick about his job and doesn't miss a spot. I know this is a family-run business and it's very important for me and my family.

I started with Crushed Bugs today and Michael came oyt and did an excellent job. Professional, thorough, cleaned up after himself. He is very knowledgeable about my concerns having cats and a fish pond outside. I highly recommend Michael the technician.

They have been taking great care of the (former) bug problem on my property. their comprehensive approach to pest control got rid of the termites I had in the roof (after tenting the house a number of times over the past 10 years), and the cockroach problem has completely disappeared.
