I used Taylor Construction to replace a heat pump at my last home right as i was selling it. They saved me a couple thousand dollars compared to the other 2 quotes i received. I was in need of a new HVAC unit. contacted several companies and I'm so glad I chose Taylor Construction. I first spoke with Chip Young he came out and started the process he told me Wes the owner would be in contact with me. I'm happy to say that on today Derek, Juan & Brandon came out & installed my unit. These guys are the absolute best anywhere.

They were on time, courteous, professional and made sure I knew and understood everything that was going on from start to finish. They left the area clean and neat. I promise you if you choose Taylor Construction for your next repair you'll never go with another company. I already have an home project that's on my to do list and I've discussed it with Wes already. Taylor Construction and I are going to be long lasting friends.

We wanted a very efficient HVAC system. Chip is very knowledgeable and helped us in the selection of our equipment. Derek and Vance were very professional and they did a great installation for us. We had a Bosch air source heat pump and a very efficient Bosch gas furnace installed. They were orderly, courteous and friendly, answering all of our questions. All of the old equipment was removed and the work area was left clean. I will highly recommend Taylor Construction for HVAC work.

Earlier this year we faced the nightmare task of having all the plumbing in our house replaced because of defective plumbing installed when the house was built. We obtained a couple quotes and chose Taylor Construction. Their quote was the most reasonable and we had worked with them before on projects. We cannot compliment them enough on the great job they did finding and replacing the plumbing.

Their team led by Justin was very professional, keeping wall /ceiling damage to a minimum and communicating well throughout the process. Unexpected problems arise in any job, but Justin was quick to acknowledge them and adjust without slowing down the project. They did a fantastic job protecting our belongings and working with us throughout the challenging process.

Once finished, a different team headed by Carlos had to come in and repair all the sheetrock. Again, so professional, hard working and respectful of our needs and home. Just as with Justin, if an issue popped up, Carlos always communicated what our options were and allowed us to decide what to do. A project that could have been so much worse, was completed on schedule, professionally and with great skill. We are very happy with Taylor Construction and would, without hesitation, recommend them to anyone.

This company installed my Moms AC unit approximately 16 years ago, The AC in my house died last month right as the warm weather was approaching. I contacted several companies for an estimate and the prices were simply ridiculous, luckily I found an old business card from Taylor construction, I scheduled an appt and I met with Chip, he was friendly and courteous, I did not feel as if he was trying to sell me something that I clearly did not need just to hike up the cost, As he promised I promptly received an email with an estimate at a reasonable cost and i accepted.

I was scheduled for installation within 5 business days and could not be happier to have beat the heat, Dereck and Donald are the team to beat! Friendly, courteous, professional and efficient, they both answered all my questions in the same manner as Chip did initially, meaning in terms that I could understand. I'm very pleased and will be calling on Taylor Construction for future projects

I should've written a review on Taylor Construction Services weeks ago. I called and scheduled an appointment for them to come by and give me a quote on a heat pump. Chip Young came by on time, looked in my attic, and told me that he would send me a quote by email. It has been over a month and I have heard nothing from Taylor Construction. I have called and left messages, but I still have not heard from them about my quote.

The company is around the corner from me and they still could not even leave me a message or a call. I would rate a zero if I could. This is not a way to treat a potential customer. I am very disappointed in this company.

We had both of our units replaced by Taylor Construction Services and if I could give a 10 I would. The sales rep that came out was very professional and honest which is much appreciated during these times. The two techs that came out were Derek and Brandon they were very professional, thorough, courteous respectful. They took the time to explain the work that was being done and how to operate and clean the systems.

I had to get an emergency repair on my furnace due to a part breaking in the middle of winter. I appreciated that a technician was sent out the same day I called and then the repair was done the next afternoon. It was also a very affordable experience especially given the nature of the repair and the timely manner in which it was done. My only complaint is I wish they could use an online billing system with a full invoice and breakdown of everything; I felt a bit nervous about handing my card/check to a stranger to input on their own device and with no paper records of the transaction. Maybe that is something they can incorporate in the future. I would definitely call them again though with any heating & cooling needs!

Our existing heating & air system had outlived its efficiency after 25 years. Receiving estimates from several companies, we decided that Taylor Construction, with comparable, mid-range pricing and their response to questions, this was the company for us. Having to work in the attic during 95 degrees and also placing a unit under the house, in crawl space, Derek worked hard to be sure everything was running and responding to the new thermostats.

All areas were cleaned up before leaving each day. He was amazing, connecting plumbing, electrical and gas lines. Excellent customer service from beginning to end with all staff Thank you guys! Much appreciated and grateful for your timely response.

After receiving several quotes from other companies, Taylor Construction was comparable. Their response to our inquiry was quick. Our decision to go with them largely was due to the interaction with their employees. With so many options to choose from, Mr. Chip Young explained everything clearly to enable us to make an informed decision. The weather was less than favorable during installation. Derek and Moises were positive and professional. Mr. Gerald Taylor and Mr. Wes Taylor were more than gracious to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

We got three quotes for our new heat pump, and Taylor's was $1,000-$4,000 lower than the other two. They went above and beyond, taking time to help us work with a home warranty company. They were able to schedule the work quickly, and the installation crew was quiet and efficient and spent extra time to resolve a problem that turned out to be in the existing infrastructure. Overall it was an excellent customer service experience.

I had a complete heating and AC system installed a little over 2 years ago costing almost $7500. It hasnt been nothing but a problem since almost day 1. I was supposed to have a 10 year parts and labor warranty. About 6 months after i had it installed the AC quit putting out cool air. Every time someone comes out they charge an $85 diagnostic fee.

Since having it installed they have been to my house over 10 times and still not fixed the problem. Now my AC is set to cool and the heat started pumping out I came home to the temperature being almost 90 degrees. I called and now they want another $85 to come out. I went out and bout a window unit because Im so sick of there service from the them.

The last time they came out I got charged $85 for the technician to literally spray the compressor fins off with my water hose. To anyone looking to replace there AC Unit please do yourself a favor and find someone else. Also I am a 100% disabled veteran on a fixed income and taking care of two children. So I cant afford to throw money away and not even fix the problem.

This is the worst decision I ever made when it came to any home improvements I have made. This is how I have to cool my home when it gets a 100 degrees outside because of this business and them not caring about there customers. Yep and the police were called because you took $8000 from me for a a job and gave me a fake warranty that I had to pay for you to come out 4 times and still never fixed the problem but were quick to take my money. You dont strive for customer service you rob and lie to people and Yeah you called the police because karma was about to come back on you. Jason Speas (USN)

Jason was very professional and made many recommendations for us to consider prior to the installation. The quote was the lowest of 4 companies who I contacted. He only recommended what we needed where others wanted to install more than we needed. The technicians were courteous and friendly.

Taylor Construction was easy to work with. I'm so thankful for a company like them that will help people and give them a chance to have some comfort in their homes outside of the conventional way of getting a heat pump. I would recommend this company to others that need help in the future. They are Awesome!

Taylor Construction Services Heating & Air Inc. is currently involved with six properties that I own. I plan to enter into a maintenance contract for all of my properties with Taylor Construction. I have had many contractors in the past work for me. As of now Mr. Taylor and his employees have done more for me and my company than all other contractors combined.

Friendly, prompt, very professional. A little slow coming back to finish a few items, but schedule issues and weather delayed the finish. Great Company.

About 4 years since our AC was installed and this is the second time it has gone out for us. We have now been waiting one week for a blower motor to be replaced under warranty. One solid week with no AC.
