Where do I begin, Chip and his team at Americool were professional and beyond patient. Chris diagnosed the issue and let us know we needed a new unit. Chip's wealth of knowledge in the industry helped us tremendously and in doing multiple quotes, discovered alot of wrong information. Americool was honest, true and fair when it came to prices and most of all, knowledge.

They also let us borrow indoor units in the meantime until the scheduled appt. The install from Chris was professional, efficient and clean. Overall, outstanding service all around. Thanks again!

I have had a service maintenance contract with American Heating and Cooling for many years. I seldom have to contact them between service visits, but if I do, I can always depend on them to send someone out to repair the HVAC in a timely manner and work with my schedule. I wanted to have a complete inspection of my Gas Heater and Air unit downstairs as well as the upstairs heat-pump. Americool setup a date and promptly came out for the inspection. I would like to mention that I was called multiple times by Lisa to keep me informed of the technician's status for arrival. this exceeded all my expectations and made the process seamless.

The technician found the 17-year-old units in need of repair which was expected. He walked me through the entire process and made recommendations. I replace the downstairs units and repaired the upstairs which made the most sense. Once again Lisa kept me informed of the process step-by-step. The repair and install technicians arrived on time and were very professional.

Each time they entered the house they wore booties to protect my wood floors. The job was done on time, at cost and it a very professional manner. Lisa called back after the job to ensure that I was satisfied. It is so hard to trust anyone with repairs on your house when you have minor knowledge, however, Americool explained the process, the parts, repair over replace and what I should expect to a level that was easy to understand. Americool Heating & Cooling, Inc. provided my family with a complete HVAC system replacement for the aging HVAC system that was installed at the time. I cannot express enough the knowledge and understanding that Americool has. They surveyed our system and made some great recommendations on how to increase the efficiency of our new system, with a few more adjustments to other areas of my house.

They provided us with multiple options to choose from and at a price point that was equal to or better than the other vendors that inquired for the same job. The installation process was within the agreed upon time frame. The installers were professional and knowledgeable, and answered every question that was asked of them.

I have all the trust in Americool to service and even install the HVAC units I now have. They were very professional in stating the issues I had and what was needed to fix the problem. I now have two great units that have saved me a lot of money. My power bill is under $200 and even during the winter the bill doesn't go very high. When I needed servicing on the units they were very timely getting out to me and I feel they did a great job in servicing the units. I will continue to use Americool as my HVAC professionals.

I talked to Chip last year about installing a gas furnace. I decided to go with another company and save a few pennies (ARS-Don't ever use them). That was a huge mistake. The company I chose took 4 months to install the system. So, when I needed my air conditioner upgraded, I called Americool. Their prices are reasonable, and their work ethics and customer service is the best you could ask for.

The old system was removed, and the new system was installed in 3 days. Chip made sure to touch base with me during the installation, and multiple times afterwards to make sure I was happy with the work, and to see if I had any questions. I am very pleased with my system, the price, the installation, and customer service. I would recommend this company.

I wanted to let you know what a wonderful job John Lindsey did installing our new heat pump system. He was very polite and efficient and was completed about the time he had specified when he arrived. We were also delighted to install the new thermostat while John was already here, thereby saving some money. kudos for John.

I'd like to express my gratitude for the service that Starr is able to provide when it comes to coordinating and communicating. She is expeditious and kind. My job with the Army, presents some unusual scheduling and correspondence constraints but she totally gets it. She works with me so that I can have a comfortable home too.

Our three year old Trane heat pump started acting up and Gary came by to diagnose the problem. He delivered the news that our compressor was bad and that we had leaks in our system. Once those issues were taken care another related issue showed up requiring new parts for my air handler.

Staff at Americool were professional, polite and quick to handle my problems with my warranty company after the decision was made that a total furnace replacement was needed. I would highly recommend Technician Gary! Gary took his time to explain and show what exactly the problems were and tips on preventative maintenance.

I've used Americool for many years, from servicing an old unit to installing and servicing a new unit. I've been satisfied with their service. It has been professional and responsive. They have been responsive to my few HVAC problem calls and meet scheduled PM's on time.

If I could give 10 stars I would. When I was first getting quotes for a complete system install, ductwork and all, I met with all the big name companies. Most of them made it feel like I was just a sale not a person.

More companies should try to model themselves after Americool. The general manager, Chip, is extremely knowledgeable, honest and friendly. They were in and out quickly and did a very good job. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the folks at Americool.
