Chase, Inc. was founded in 1982, and Mike Burton has been with the company since its beginning. At the age of 25, he became part owner and Operations Manager and is now the sole owner of the company. His wife, Cindy, left her position in special education to join the company in 2009. She manages the office while Mike manages the field.Chase has become a successful company because of its amazing employees - from Mike's leadership, to the office staff, to the technicians and their assistants. Chase believes in teamwork, and all employees work together to make sure our customers are completely satisfied.

If you are looking for an honest, dependable, and well-priced local plumber, Chase Heating, Air, & Plumbing is a MUST TRY. Robert, one of the Chase technicians, carefully fixed lingering plumbing issues. He provided a detailed explanation of his diagnosis so we could make an informed decision before proceeding. Robert completed the job in perfect timing and was very thorough.

Chase Plumbing and Heating came out and switched our non- working heat pump system last week. What a pleasure to interact with professionals in this line of work. They came in introduced themselves and asked I had any questions about the procedure. They explained to me what they were going to do and that it would be noisy. It was not too noisy. They were courteous, and pleasant.
The work was completed in about six hours. I received an explanation of the new system and how it works. They explained how to change the filter and answered all my questions. The warranty is excellent! What a wonderful company to work with. I have been a customer for three years and will continue to use Chase Heating.

I've used Chase for the past two years for my HVAC needs. They always provide professional, prompt, and friendly service when I request yearly cleaning and maintenance for my furnace and any HVAC repair needed. They give fair estimates, great advice, and have been absolutely wonderful to work with. EMERGENCY PLUMBING SERVICE Plumbing leak after normal hours. We were able to shut the water off, so it was slightly less urgent, but no water in the house is a big problem. We placed the call and Rob was at the house very quickly, especially considering they had at east a 40 minute drive from Richmond. Repairs took less then 30 minutes. They replaced a valve and added two valves to isolate one shower that will need to be repaired during normal hours. Very prompt, professional, and easy to work with. Highly Recommended.

Fantastic company! We've been using Chase for a couple of years now after a recommendation from my dad and I'm so glad we did. They are professional, courteous, and do quality work for very reasonable prices. When our upstairs heat pump died last year, they installed a new one a day after I called. Granted, good heat pumps aren't cheap, but their prices were good, especially for such quick, quality work. Jeremy and Brandon did a maintenance check for us today and they were both very thorough and friendly. Chase is the best around and we are forever customers!

We had a very pleasing experience with Chase today for some plumbing issues. The guys who came out were friendly and efficient, and they did quality work, which is extremely hard to find these days. I found Chase Inc. online and wanted to give a smaller local company a shot to help fix 3 different issues (plumbing and duct work) around our house. Rob and Josh arrived On-Time, and were both very professional. I was extremely grateful for their attention to detail as well as time. As they were working on one issue they were tag teaming on another in order to work more effectively.
