EverSil Roof Coatings

So far, super unimpressed. Normally I wouldn't review without having worked with a company, but I'm making an exception. The website advertised 24/7 emergency service, but there's no way to get hold of anyone. I called repeatedly, both yesterday and today, and no one answers the phone. The message doesn't even identify the company you've reached and then you're informed that the mailbox is full and you can't leave a message.

I submitted a request on the website and checked the emergency service box thinking maybe that was the way to go, but nada. They called me at 9:16 on Monday morning, which I missed. They left no message and once again I can get no answer to my repeated calls back to their office. I tried working with them specifically because of the great reviews, but so far, a huge disappointment.

We purchased a home in Tucson a few months ago, knowing that the roof required some maintenance. We chose Eversil because LJ the owner, provided the most detailed proposal and discussed it with us in detail, leaving us feeling confident that Eversil would do a great job. It wasn't cheap, because it turned out that the roof required some very serious repairs, but thankfully didn't require a full tear-off. LJ and her crew, including her subcontractor who handled some roof A/C unit readjustments and swamp coolers removal, were personable, polite and cleaned up after themselves each day. We will definitely work with Eversil again for any future roof work we need.

LJ, Tony and Brandon did a great job at a very competitive price! We had three roofing companies come out with estimates. One roofer tried to convince us we needed a whole new roof on our 1964 Burnt Adobe Territorial flat roof with parapets. LJ told us our roof was still in good shape. We had woodpecker holes that needed patching but overall it was in better shape than we'd been led to believe. LJ & Brandon were here over a week.

And tho LJ was dealing with health issues, she insisted on showing up every day, despite my trying to convince her to stay home. We had an unforeseen monsoon hit us this morning at 3 am less than 16 hours after completion. I was concerned that the roof may not have dried totally. Tony came out this morning to check everything and make sure it was just a bit of white powder residue that came out the scuppers.

Our roof looks GREAT! My husband & I could not be happier with the outcome. And our pocketbooks didn't suffer the outrageous cost of a total new roof. We highly recommend the EverSil Team!

We have leaks Eversil has not been able to fix. I have had a hard time getting them back to fix my roof. On a closer inspection the coating doesn't seem to be holding up

Edit: Tony called me to correct this issue. The estimate has been performed. I have two more estimates scheduled with other contractors. Then we will be selecting our contractor for the repair and I will fully update this review once the repairs are executed.

I am extremely pleased with Eversil's work, timeliness, and genuine friendliness! I got a great value, fair price, honest opinions, and a 5 year warranty against leaks. I don't tend to be the type to rush to publish reviews for most things but in this case, I really wanted to share my positive feelings about Eversil.

Tony and Justin did a great job on my 20+ year old roof. Didn't try to sell me on a new roof, just let me know what needed to be done to keep it in good shape for another 6 to 10 years. They showed up for work when they said they would (very few contractors do that anymore), didn't trample the landscaping, kept the property clean and unmolested. When the weather got too windy, instead of trying to put on another coat to save some time, they went to another job and came back the next day when the weather was more suitable for the second / finish roof coating.

They were always pleasant and professional. Their quote was competitive and they warranty the work for 5 years instead of the usual two. I would certainly recommend that you give Tony and EverSil a chance to quote on your roofing needs.

Tony and EverSil Roof Coatings did a FABULOUS JOB repairing and coating our flat roof. We had a leak inside but did not know the extent of the repairs that would be required. Tony met us on Saturday and explained in showed us exactly what the problems were and what would be required to fix them. He and his team went to work and fixed our roof right away - plus Tony repaired the dry wall damage inside. I highly recommend EverSil. They have a great reputation in town and Tony is very knowledgeable.

EverSil Roof Coatings was the best roofing company that I have used in the last 26 years in Tucson. Their quote was not only the lowest but also offered services that the other companies did not. Each of our 9 skylights were individually hand wrapped and sealed. Many other problem areas were coated with membrane and sealed before the coatings were applied. LJ and Tony were very professional and friendly. The quality exceeded our expectations. They treated us like family and not just another client.

This company is top notch, no short cuts. Very knowledgeable about roofing and fair priced. The crew was on time and finished the job early.

After signing the contract, we were told when the work would begin and that once the work began they would continue until the job was complete allowing only for the roof to dry after being power washed.
