Our old gutters were removed and new ones installed. The installers arrived on time as scheduled and were prepared. They were polite, friendly, and accommodating. While on sight we asked for additional work to be completed. All work was done very satisfactorily. I will recommend this company to friends and neighbors.

Love my new gutters! The whole experience was great. They completed a detailed estimate, communicated clearly when they would be at my house. I liked it so much I had them do my dads house after mine. The colors of the gutters matched perfectly. Great bunch of people to work with!

Had gutters and water collection tanks installed. They did a great job, were very professional and accommodating. The gutters look and work great, and the tanks match our house and were installed so that they're not visible from the front yard, and barely visible from the backyard. We are very happy with the results.

SARG was contracted to 1) install new gutters and 2) to install a rainwater harvesting tank. I found my exchanges with them from the very beginning to be friendly, informative, and they have been exceptionally helpful. The space I have available tor the tank to enter my yard was a very tight squeeze. They were amazing in the effort made to get it properly placed.

New gutters installed on the back of the house. Derek and Mark did an excellent job of installing the gutters. They were friendly and efficient. Jack (sales rep) came out less than a month ago to give us a bid, and we have our gutters installed in a matter of three weeks. The color choices were good, excellent warranty on work and product. I got new seamless gutters and rainwater harvesting barrels installed by Southern Arizona Rain Gutters today and I couldn't be more thrilled! Every step of the process was done in a professional manner. A detailed estimate in writing was prepared on site, ordering was easy, and the installation today was done expertly and efficiently. They installed 5 gutters and 4 barrels by lunchtime. I wouldn't use any one else.

Just had a 6" gutter installed on the front of my house. The installers were on time, very professional and quick. I actually saw them running back and forth to get everything set up and ready. Pleasant and friendly guys and got the job done within an hour, quick but a quality installation. The gutter looks great and they left me with the connectors I need for my underground run off. I highly recommend them.

Excellent company to work with. From the initial contact for an estimate to the final cleanup, our experience with SARG simply could not be better.

SARG was the middle estimate for our small project. A detailed contract with specs and plan was provided for the replacement of one 20' aged gutter/downspout to one section of our flat roof and the addition of one 24' gutter/downspout with a below ground pipe/popup drain combo for passive water harvesting in another area.

SARG responded quickly to a cascade of hidden damage discoveries.

They coordinated repairs #1. with the termite company, #2. with their subcontractor for fascia replacement and rafter repair and #3. with our previous roofers who needed to be involved in order to keep our warranty there intact. All was done calmly and competently with prompt and continuing communication, with no intimation that our site was turning into the project from hell. Our new gutters with the nifty hidden outflow look fantastic. We are thrilled with the process, the product and the people from SARG.

Needed a 13 ft section of gutter removed for roof repair and then reinstalled after painting. Looks like a lot of screws attaching it to the fascia along with some silicone to waterproof the edges. Called Southern Arizona Rain Gutters 10 minutes ago.

I met with an estimator who gave me a quote of $2400 for a 100 foot job (there were two bore holes required which added $300 to the quote). When I told him I was looking for other estimates, he stormed off, wouldn't even shake my hand. He called back a week later to see how it was going, told him I had to reschedule the second estimate, and he hung up.

He immediately called back and left a message to the effect of, "Let me save you the trouble of getting another quote...call me back and I'll revise my estimate". When the second company came and gave an estimate, it was for $1000 (no bore holes, my landscaper is doing that). Spoke with SARG again today, told them the competitor came in at less than 50% their quote, and Mark didn't even try to earn my business, just hung up again.

We contacted SARG about upgrading our existing water harvesting. We want to move our 400 gal Bushman tank to our guest house, and install a larger 800 gal tank on the main house. John Eisele was out to do the estimate, and he was quite thorough and friendly. We just have to take the class with Tucson Water to save on the rebates...
