Highly recommend Headlee Roofing. Just bought a house that needed a new roof, Headlee was able to get it replaced before we even moved in. They're like the one subcontractor that was able to finish a job without blaming COVID for something! New roof looks great, five stars.

Brand new 2.8 million dollar house with a leaky roof! Compliments of Headlee Roofing! Not just one leak there are many! They have tried to fix all the area's that leak without success. I can not believe how truly bad this company is at roofing! Careless installation and oversight! They didn't even use the materials that were called out in our construction plans.

After consulting with several other reputable roofing companies their installation is so bad that our brand new house needs to be entirely re-roofed. Do not hire this company for roof installation! Run far away from them. All you will have is headache's

Is this company for real? I needed an estimate for a repair to our patio roof (heavy wind damage). When the rep showed up (late) he tried to sell me a entire new roof on our house. He was argumentive and tried to (in vain) spot water damage to the house roof caused by an old roof. He was at my house about 30 minutes of which 25 minutes were spent trying to sell me on replacing the entire roof. BTW, I still have not received his bid (five days later and counting). Fortunately, I had contact another roofing company about the repairs. Their rep was on time and I had their quote later in the day. They were awarded the repair.

Headlee has been to my home and my commercial property. They repaired both different roof/gutter issues for what was very, very reasonable pricing. They were fast and professional, not only fixing the issues but doing a full inspection for other issues for no additional charge. They do skylights too! I love that I have a roofing company that I can trust.

Dave Headlee replaced my roof in August, I was very pleased with their service. He made notes of my special requests, & followed up on them when the job was being done. The work men were clean & courteous in spite of the horrible heat, & the job site was left clean. Dave's price was very competitive, too. Very pleased so far, although I've had not 1 Drop of Rain to Test the new roof, yet, but it sure looks nice!

I was excited when workers came a day before scheduled to start replacing our roof. However, job was supposed to be done by May 31st which would give them a little over a week. Guys came for three days and then didn't show up over memorial day weekend. Fine, buy after four days and no one showing back up I emailed the owner and it was extremely hard to get any answers as to what was going on. Workers left, come to find out they were let go and I had concerns over the job done because things were left undone and not aestically pleasing.

After many emails, pics sent we had Jose come out and finish our job for us (Jose is GREAT). But the job finished June 24th and should have been done on May 31st. As a customer I think it's extremely important that business owners keep you updated on what's going on. Unfortunately I feel like I had to pull teeth and nails to do so. I am happy the job is finally done but am hoping that the job was done well so we have no leaks. Guess we will find out. I am sad to say that I probably wouldn't use this company again for a roof replacement.

We have been trying to use them but they (Sherry.)doesn't answer questions or communicate. They will also keep their appointment and show up even after the customer calls it off the day before due to heavy raining. 1 hour after they showed up here and I sent them away it began another down pour. Not a good time to make these scheduled repairs. They have demonstrated poor communication and iffy judgement. Makes you wonder if that is also transmitted to the materials they are using etc.

It's great! The people are nice and the business is top grade. I recommend.

If I could give 1/2 star I would! $229.00 to fix one tile on a roof that they installed in the first place! Totally overpriced! I would not recommend this company to any one.

The work Headlee Roofing did, did not fix the problem in its entirety. As I tried to discuss the problem with them, I experienced rude & combative service as opposed to trying to come to any understanding. Thank God our situation was only a small leak and not a new roof. If someone knows a way to get my money back and give negative stars, please let me know.

From the first call for a quote through completion, all people I dealt with were excellent. Repair was done on time and looks great & clean up was excellent. I highly recommend Headlee.

I'm not used to being happy with contractors but Headlee Roofing blew me away. Started on time, reasonable pricing, courteous workers, site cleaned daily, wrapped up when promised and work quality is amazing. I couldn't be more pleased!

This is a great roofing company. We have worked with these folks for over 25 years. In the past couple of years they installed a new roof on our warehouse. They stood by their word and their warranty. We will always call them for our roofing needs.

Headlee was the original roofer on our home over twenty six years ago. Over the years they have been responsive and professional as well as reasonalbly priced. Yesterday we had them clean out the valleys on our roof. Two men came out. They spent most of the day moving tiles, cleaning, replacing felt and tiles when necesary. There was quite a mess. They cleaned up the roof and the grounds perfectly. They really exceeded our expectations.

We have had several repairs completed by Headlee Roofing, as well as a new patio roof installed. So far very happy with all of their work!

I just called this company because they were recommended to me. I've had consistent leaks with my roof and have had a previous roofer come out to try to fix them with no success. I'm looking for a new roofing company to help me figure out what is going on, why my roof keeps leaking, and help me fix it for good! As soon as I told the lady who answered the phone my story, she right away accused me of trying to get their guy to come out for free and tell me what's wrong and then said I will go back and have my previous roofer fix it!

Talk about horrible customer service. That thought never even crossed my mind until she said that to me. I am not one to cheat people. I'm a nurse who takes care of and deals with rude people everyday, but this lady is definitely up there! I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but this company lost a customer before they even gained one. The person who recommended them to me had so many good things to say about their service so I am severely disappointed.

These guys deserve more than 5 stars, great work done quickly at a reasonable price (best price quote I or any of my neighbors received). Everybody that I dealt with was nice and accommodating. They gave me a quick bid then I started dragging my feet as I didn't want to spend the coin and frankly wasn't sure about the price (no edmunds for roofs).

So I got a few more quotes, one almost 3 times the cost and asked a few neighbors that had their roofs done (yes, I live in a cookie cutter house with concrete tiles) and discovered these guys to be the fairest of them all. So I called to say I was ready to go. They scheduled me the next week and they showed up In time, knocked it out in a few days including sweeping up any debris that had fallen. I'm not easy to please, especially when dumping the kind of cash a roof costs, but these guys did it. I know 3 others that had their roof replaced by these guys, all happy. Give them a shot, you'll be happy you did.

Headlee roofing is amazing. I often just call them to ask questions about a roof, and they are always happy to help. Then when I needed roof repairs done, they took care of it and they had lower quotes than the other guys. They are very professional! I will only use Headlee Roofing!

We have used them several times over the past couple of years and we have found their prices fair and they do a really good job. So far none of the roofs they have fixed have had any problems after they have fixed them.

We had to replace our roof, and Headlee Roofing was recommended to us by a well-known home flipper in our area who uses them for his roofing projects. Their bid came in lower than the other roofing companies. We found them to be quick, extremely professional, and they did a fantastic job. Our roof is beautiful. They even followed up with us after the job to make sure we were happy.

Wow! I am not used to the level of customer service that Headlee roofing gave us. Thet were superb. They welcomed me up to the roof to look over their shoulder, answered all my questions regardless of how ill timed. When I raised minor isues, they bent over backwards to satisfy my concerns. I would recommend them to all my friends without reservation. People I don't like can find their own roofing company.

Great job, excellent service, they have now done 3 of my houses, prompt, courteous, great clean-up after completion of the new roof. i am a local contractor and i highly recommend headlee roofing i would give them 6 stars. the quality of the completed work is superb. again i can highly recommend headlee for all of your roofing needs

Why it has taken me this long to write a review of Headlee Roofing, I cannot say. They have been my company of choice for years. Although they are usually busy, they make the time for even smaller jobs and always do it right and for a fair price. I have used Headlee roofing since 1994 and my parents used them before that. We have never had a problem.

I have referred friends and co-workers to Headlee for years and have never heard a negative word from anyone who has used them. Truly, this is the best roofing company in the valley.
