We LOVE Bug Guardian. And we LOVE John, our tech! We have been using Bug Guardian since they started way back when and have been customers of John's the entire time! We could not be happier and have recommended Bug Guardian services to countless people! My whole family uses Bug Guardian. When we moved into our last home we had a scorpion infestation. Bug Guardian tended to the problem immediately and had nearly the entire population eradicated within days.

My mom used to see scorpions all the time at her home in NW Chandler despite the fact that she was getting regular services from a competitor company. Ever since switching to Bug Guardian, they're gone! My brother's family loves them too! John is ALWAYS on time, and when he isn't it is because he is early. He is super friendly and always does a GREAT job. We have had multiple animals - rabbits, turtles, dogs, etc and John is always sensitive to our pets and our kids. If you need pest control, these guys can't be beat!

I am a new customer with Bug Guardian and am happy to say that they have been by far the best pest control company I've worked with in the valley. I was with another company that charged a higher monthly fee and somehow they were never able to eliminate the pest problem at my home. We went from seeing scorpions in the backyard when we moved in.to then having them inside the home along with spiders, water bugs and crickets.

Once I switched to Bug Guardian, from the very first month I saw a dramatic difference in the amount of pests seen. By our second treatment I no longer saw any pest activity both inside and outside my home. Anthony, our service technician is great as well. He always sends me a text the day before my scheduled treatment as a reminder and has taken great care of us.

I just had my first treatment and have never been in better hands. I explained the troubles I had with my previous company and he addressed and explained in plain English how he was going to resolve my concerns.

With Preventative pest control we didn't see any scorpions indoors until the middle of summer, and when we did see them, we called them and they jumped to get someone over to our house to redo the treatment.

Bug Guardian is the best! I got stung by a scorpion last night and it was incredibly painful. I saw the scorpion crawl under my couch and I couldn't even think about trying to find it to kill it. I called them first thing this morning and Tom and Cody were extremely helpful!

Bug Guardian has been awesome for us! We started using them last year after finding scorpions inside the house on a weekly basis. This summer so far we've seen none inside at all! Gary is the guy who takes care of us and he's fantastic! He has great communication and always texts me the day before service. He's been very responsive if I've had to change times at the last minute. Gary is always on time and has never been late or missed an appointment. He always makes sure to check with me for any "sightings" and adjusts his approach accordingly! I highly recommend Bug guardian

I have been using Bug Guardian since July of 2013 and can honestly say that I couldn't be happier with their services. I had a terrible scorpion issue inside and outside of my Gilbert home that caused my family a lot of stress and anxiety.

Gary is our Scottsdale pest prevention specialist and he has done an awesome job. Tom the owner is also great to work with. They give you a fast quote over the phone depending on your home's square footage and see you right away. This is our second summer using Bug Guardian and we have not had any bug nor scorpion issues. I have been using Bug Guardian for a couple of years now and have always had great experiences. We had a pretty serious scorpion problem inside my house and with their special powder and scorpion treatment we are able to keep the scorpions out of the house. John, our technician is always on time and is extremely nice. His first question is to make sure we have had a scorpion free month, or if we have any other issues arise.
