This was such a relieving experience. Hannah Cagle worked with us on this issue and I can't tell you how comforting she was for us. She was professional and very knowledgeable. She assured us of handling it and educated us on what to do to prevent these things from happening again. It was comforting in a sense of her informing us that everything was going to be fine.

I got stung my a scorpion on Wednesday night, called ScorpionTech first thing Friday morning and their technician Joe was at my house by 10:30 a.m. (after being giving a 10:30-12:30 window) - I was shocked to see him at 10:30 because techs never show up in the beginning of a window so that was already a plus! Joe worked quickly, answered my questions and reviewed what he'd done after the fact. The sales rep was great and was not pushy about selling me into a monthly subscription. I paid for a 1x service and 30 day follow-up. Awesome experience!

Scorpion tech is awesome! We moved into a neighborhood that had a scorpion problem. We initially started using one of the big national companies but we were still seeing scorpions. We saw the scorpion tech truck in our neighborhood and asked for their info. First month we went from 3-4 scorpions inside to none. Eleven years later I have seen 3-4 scorpions total!
Their work is impeccable and Jose is the best tech around. We had a mouse/rat in our garage and he walked me through looking for signs and where they could be getting in and how to stop it in addition to setting traps all over to catch the yucky rodent! Highly highly recommend scorpion tech!

Scorpion Tech serviced our home for over 10 years, starting the day after we purchased it! Being located in a high scorpion area, we relied on their monthly service to keep us and our pets safe from the pests! They did a wonderful job, great communication and reminder, schedule adjustments as needed, etc. Zach our most recent tech was easy going, respectful of the property and our needs (pets on premise) and prompt. We just moved into a home where pest control had not been done by the prior owners. Sione came out to perform our first service. He was on time, very professional, friendly, and polite. After he was done, the spider webs were all cleaned up and our property had been fully treated. Since then, I've only seen two bugs alive and a few spiders in the traps he set outside the doors. I'm very impressed and will continue to use Scorpion Tech for our monthly service.

The last 3 or so visits Ramon has come and is thorough and friendly. I appreciate that each time he ensures that my garage door gets closed after he is done spraying.
