Unethical worst company ever! They did a inspection for a buyer on one of my homes and checked the box indicating evidence of termites and said there were termite tube stains. They offered their retreat for $950, but the problem is that it was already treated 4 months earlier and they knew that. They were just trying to upsell and screw over the buyer. These are the pics they said was evidence of active termites. The house was fully treated 4 mo prior and is warrantied for another 8mo.

This business was the ONLY business who offers a wood destroying insect inspection for a morgtage refi/ approval who contacted me back promptly out of 3 or four others I had reached out to. None of the others even returned my calls. The office was extremely courteous and professional and booked me as quickly as possible.which was super important to me in expediting my loan process by a deadline.

They were reliable. arrived on time and in all of their booking, inspection as well as subsequent work that they ended up doing for me in order to bring me into compliance for my loan they arrived when promised. They were very kind and professional. Reach out to these guys for your bug removing or preventing needs! I am certainly glad that I found them!

I had found a termite tunnel on a wall in my house. I called Convenient T&PC and Nate came out; inspected the house and showed me what would need to be done. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He worked up a quote which I found to be very reasonable. A week later he was back and performed the services as agreed. I highly recommend this company.

Convenient Termite & Pest Control is just the best there is out there. Nate, my service tech, always asks about any bugs I might have seen and takes a genuine interest in protecting my home. I use them for monthly pest control as well as annual scropion treatments. When I first moved into my home, there were ALWAYS scorpions to be found. In the past three years, I have never found one.not even one. Plus, Convenient always call me monthly to set up service so I never have to "remember to call them." And with them having my card on file, it's just the most convenient (pun intended) service there is out there. Just love these guys.

They are reliable and the quality of their service is excellent; they are there to take care of us. They are punctual, prompt, professional and personable. We have a dog, and our technician is always conscience of her safety. We feel very comfortable having them in our home.

We decided to call on them when we found termite tracks outside on our newer home. We were impressed by their quick friendly response to come to our home for a free inspection. Patrick came out and quickly confirmed our problem and the next day we had a very competitive quote to complete the Job. We are very happy with the completed job and the warranty we received!

I used Convenient because I had scorpions and they came in and wiped them out! They also took care of my termites and came back once when I needed a second treatment. These guys are professional and very nice!
