Air Express was very professional. They took the time to understand a complex job that included a conversion to the new refrigerant, reusing the old control board for a 2 zone, 2 stage system, installation and setup of Internet connected thermostats, a conversion from propane to electric, reusing a heat recovery unit and a drain issue.

Great price and quality. I had two quotes prior to deciding on Air Express. They represented the best value over all. Adam was extremely knowledgable and professional. Air Express delivered on their promises by installing a new 4 ton system with air handler in a timely and efficient manner. Some of the duct work needed to be re routed, which was not part of the original quote.

Great customer service. They took the time to listen to our concerns and addressed each one of them with us. Extremely responsive and timely service. They gave us an honest evaluation of our two systems and did not try to sell us something we didn't need. We are very pleased with the service and will use Air Express again in the future. Strongly recommend this company!

Six months ago Adam scheduled a service call for February 18, 2016 for my system that he installed one year ago as part of my 10-year maintenance service contract with Air Express. Despite several phone calls from me trying to confirm that he is still coming tomorrow, I have yet to have him confirm or deny that he will be here.

Adam was the only one who measured ALL the required things to determine what my home needed. All the others just wanted to sell the same size I had. Adam informed me that it was too big for my home and recomended a smaller unt would do the job and explained why the larger unit was not appropriate for me. He actually talked me out of the larger more expensive unit.
