Next Level Lawn Care

It's hard to put into words how absolutely wonderful these guys are. Not only were their prices very reasonable, they were the most professional contractors we've ever worked with. After being burned by another contractor, these guys rescued our project. I can not say enough great things about the quality of work that they did and their responsiveness. I wish we would have found them sooner and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Hayden went out to view work and give me estimate but did not respond back. I got him and he said $5000 to $6000. I ask for paperwork with an estimate but was ignored. When I called the office excuses were made then I was told my job was to small and they were booked out. Really, you didn't know that ahead of time? Be professional.

Great company! Hayden was very helpful and informative. Next level has a great selection of rock and boulders to choose from and do amazing work!

Next Level came out and did some hardscaping in my backyard, to address an erosion problem. An old rain barrel wasn't working properly and the overflow was washing out a slope next to the house. Thomas came out, did a design and provided a quote, and I put them to work. The work came out awesome. A nice block wall, with a little curve to make it look nicer than just a straight line. Buried the downspout, with a pop up bubbler some distance away from the house.

Back filled the new space behind the wall, and finished with a good layer of Ozark gravel. They even relocated my wife's bird bath from a spot in the middle of the yard to the new hardscape, where we can see it out the family room window. Then, they reset the pavers around my deck where there had been some washout, by bedding them in new sand, and graveling around that for a nice finish.

I would highly recommend Next Level based on quality of work and reasonableness of price. In fact, when spring rolls around, I'm going to have them address the bare spot under my pine tree. The needle drop has just made the soil bad for grass.

Next Level did a wonderful job removing old railroad ties and overgrown plants and installing new retaining walls. Thomas is very responsive and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend Next Level to anyone looking for this type of lawn renovation.

After many months of frustration and little results, we called Thomas at Next Level to finish the job. Next Level is right! Thomas was prompt in coming to meet with us, quickly drawing up plans, offering great suggestions AND always answering his phone!

We appreciates Jose and Armando who came to our rescue. They were very meticulous, hard working and stayed until we were completely satisfied with our project. We have already made plans for Next Level to provide landscaping next season. Can't wait to use my beautiful new fireplace and make memories around the new fire pit! Had a fantastic experience with Next Level Lawn & Landscape. Thomas Hatcher, their designer and estimator, quickly responded to my initial inquiry (within 24 hours) as we needed a retaining wall to be extended in our backyard along with irrigation system repair and dirt and grass seed to fill in a large section that had eroded over the years. Thomas came to our residence the following day explaining our options and gave a free detailed estimate for the project.

The crew that installed our retaining wall, repaired the irrigation line and leveled out the dirt with seed and fertilizer were hard workers and very professional. All debris was cleared away over the 2-days that they took to complete the project. For anyone looking for an area business to complete a residential project, I would absolutely recommend Next Level Lawn & Landscape. Responsive, professional and a great work ethic is what you'll get from this company.

Nextlevel was wonderful to work with. Thomas Listened to what we wanted. We had brick put on our front porch, sidewalk and retaining walls put in. The crew was great! Very professional and respectful. We will definitely refer to anyone who ask.

Next Level did an amazing job installing my irrigation system. The crew was extremely polite and professional. They constantly were updating me on their progress. My biggest worry about getting a irrigation system installed was my yard being torn up, but once they left you could barely even tell they they had touched it. I highly recommend this company!

We were experiencing a big issue with water in our basement every time it rained. After calling Dylan he came out and gave us advise to eliminate our water problem. They put in a water drainage system around our patio and back filled dirt around our foundation. He did exactly what said he would at a reasonable price and even started the project earlier that expected. His crew was very hard working and did an awesome job. I can't tell you how pleased I am with the great job this company did. They were fair priced and exceeded our expectations! Our yard is the talk of the block, and the workers were so nice, and always cleaned up after they left.

I had Dylan provide several quotes for landscaping the front and back yards. The back yard was horrible and I had a severe drainage & erosion issue. Grass was sparse. The rain was washing out several areas of both grass and soil erosion. Dylan provides several options and quoted such including adding a new French Drain and repairing an existing one.

Dylan and his crew just finished adding a big two-level patio with retaining wall and sitting wall to our home. Turned out amazing! Dylan was excellent to work with and flexible with minor changes in original plan as project progressed.

Next Level made over our brick patio! wish we had taken a before photo. sorry we didn't. It was full of weeds that sprang thru the 1-1/2 pages between the bricks, and for 5 years we tried to keep the weeds at bay with no luck. we contracted Next Level to come in and, using the existing brick, create a beautiful outdoor space! thank you, Dylan and his crew. we love the new space!

Don't use this company. I have been waiting on Brandon to get back with to look over my lawn to see what is needed. Waste of time. Tells me that he would email me with an appointment that day. It has been 2 days now and still no appointment.
