The Team we had from Brummel were the best professionals we've hired in a long time. They demolished an old pool, deck. Re-sodded, landscaped to bring back the beauty in our back yard. The Team members were polite, hard working and respectful. I give them an A+.

Came home to find some sod had been installed in my yard! Called Brummel's after hours and in a short time Kyle showed up to set up a program on the sprinkler, aim the heads, and make sure that all the new sod was getting watered. He was a life saver! THANK YOU! I called a few other companies to come out and help me as I needed a retaining wall, and I just didn't feel comfortable until Brummel came out. The met me at the time and date that we set, they got be an estimate timely and explained exactly what I needed and gave me options on color and style of walls. This was a big investment, and was very impressed from the start to when the crew cleaned up and left my home.

From the friendliness of Katrina when I made the appointment and the reminder call, to Mike who was knowledgeable, professional, and worked hard in the heat on our sprinkler system. We have been using Brummel for over 6 years to service and maintain our sprinkler system. We have always been impressed at the speed in which they answer our call and arrive to fix whatever problem has occurred. Today however, Mike went above and beyond! First, he arrives within 30 minutes of our call to his office and secondly, is able to determine the problem within seconds (another company cut into a sprinkler line).

If all he did, and had time for, was to turn on the water back on from the main, we would have been thrilled. Instead, Mike spent the next 2 hours repairing the sprinkler and even replaced a rain gauge that had been removed by another company. Naturally, we have come to expect whenever we hire or contact a contractor for most any service (painting, fencing, Google fiber, etc.) Brummel is the next business to call and repair damage caused by someone else. Thank you Mike and the great team at Brummel - You guys are the best!

Days of hard work destroyed in a few minutes as an inconsiderate mower drove by and shot grass clippings into the garden. This is a consistent issue with this company. Despite what they say the crew did NOT blow out my garden. It looked like this most of the year.
