We had Olympic come give us an estimate for curbing and landscaping. After getting several bids we chose Olympic and waited for them to tell us when they could schedule us. After a week they called and said our project was canceled because they did not have the trained crews to complete the job. Totally unprofessional and very disappointing.

Justin is professional and an artist when it comes to where, and how to and what colors to use for concrete curbing and rock. He walked us through the process and was super patient. They had so many options for design. Justin came up with solutions to problematic window wells and rain gutter that came out great. The crew that was sent out worked solid and turned a 2 day project in one day to beat weather. Over all, great experience and wouldn't use anybody else even if you have to wait in line to get their services. Thanks again Olympic Lawn and Landscape!

Olympic Lawn did a great job on our concrete edging. Justin was very professional when giving us our bid and very patient as we choose design and colors. The install crew did beautiful work and left ZERO trash. Very glad we chose Olympic.

Best company I've ever worked with! Olympic did the concrete edging work for our back yard - step one of a sizeable landscaping project. Justin has been absolutely amazing to work with! It was so refreshing to find a company in the business of home improvement that followed through on every single detail, doing exactly what Justin said they would do, when they said they would do it, every time without fail. Repeat customer. We were so happy with our curbing that after 2 years, we've had them come back and bring the curbs all around the house. The people are professional and responsive. I love the quality of their work and that they stand by it with their guarantee.

Critical:Professionalism, Quality Rude and unprofessional people that answer the phone. They have no knowledge of what customer service should sound like. Uncaring and argumentive. Patchy mowing as well. Do not recommend.

Critical:Quality, Responsiveness, Value Only interested in the money. Cut the power cord to a part of my landscape lighting that was above ground, admitted they did it then refused responsibility. Salesperson was appalled with his own ownership. Cancelled all future business with them. Stay far away!

We had Olympic install concrete edging a few years ago. The work they did was just beautiful, and we have received many compliments from neighbors on the edging. We have recommended them to many of our neighbors who have asked who did the work. They were very professional, reasonably priced and had great customer service. Had Olympic return to do landscaping work and pour a cement patio. Again AWESOME work! On time, professional, cleaned up great, all work done as planned and looks incredible! Thanks guys!

We used Olympic to add concrete curbing around our entire lawn - front yard, side yard, and back yard. They also added mulch and rock, and some sod where needed. The entire project went incredibly smoothly and we couldn't be more thrilled with the final product! Justin was our main contact, and I can't say enough about working with him and the entire Olympic team!

Olympic is the best. They come consistently every week, are good to clean up the driveway and sidewalks with their powerful blowers and always careful when mowing to protect landscape. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting professional lawn care from a company that cares.

Awful company scamming money. Trashed my landscape lighting and refused to accept responsibility even after the crew admitted it was their fault. Say they do everything then try to sub out the work. Have multiple ads with different phone numbers. Stay far away!

A couple years ago Olympic installed curbing at a neighbor’s house.

So about a month ago I had this company come out and give us an estimate from some landscaping work. We are new to homownership and didn't really have a frame of reference as what to expect price wise;however, when the bid came back a little over $12,000 we knew we weren't interested in their services. I had shared with my neighbor about the estimate who decided to get an estimate from them as well.

She informed me last night that during their estimate she mentioned to the guy that they couldn't afford a $12,000 estimate like they gave us a few houses down. She then tells me that his response was something to the extent of, "Well, I figured we could get that out of them because they both work and have two incomes." Seriously. Not. Okay. He only new that information because when I scheduled I shared I needed an appointment for after my husband and I were both home from work.it kinda makes me sick to my stomach.

This was the most organized operation I've seen. Completely professional and treated our lawn work like their own. Very detail oriented and aware of what was going on. The best crew I've ever seen work together. Forget the rest. Olympic Lawn and Landscape exceeded my expectations times 100. Hands down, the best I've ever had work on my lawn.
