I dont usually write a review for a service company, because I believe they should provide great service to their clients. However when the service provided goes a little further than what I signed up for, I believe that is worth a strong word of support. Rick helped me program both my wife and my cars to open and close the doors using the vehicle software rather than using a ugly remote attached to the sun visor.

This took time, but he was patient and so helpful, which was very much appreciated by both my wife and I. That little extra help from Access I believe separates the company from the "Also Rans"

I have used Access for 15 years. I would never use anyone else for my garage door. Their service is phenomenal! I still have the motor for my garage I got years ago and its working beautifully. The other day the springs on my garage door broke after 20 years. They were at my house right away to help me get my cars out and the new springs were in that morning and the door is as good as new! You won't find better service and quality work!

Love Access Garage Door. I had them upgrade my garage doors in one house and they were great, from suggesting designs and motors all the way through install. In my current house we have a gorgeous wood door but the motor was really loud.

The service call was friendly and efficient and the problem was solved quickly. The cost was higher than I expected; however, I didn't mind as Access handled this emergency situation so quickly. It was worth it. I would definitely recommend this company to friends.
