From the very beginning when Jeff came to our house to give us a demonstration and help us choose our new windows and doors to the actual installation from Mantas and Erick was absolutely flawless. Mantas and Erick were extremely meticulous, made sure every room was covered and personal belongings protected. They took there time and we were thrilled that they are perfectionists and made 100% sure each window and door were done to there very high standards.

They took there time and extra care to make sure the job was done to not only there expectation but ours too. We had a very huge job so they were here for several weeks and by the end my husband and I truly felt like they were family. We were actually sad on the final day the job was completely because we had established quite the rapport with the two of the them.

I also must add that at the end of each day they were here they did such an amazing job cleaning up that I actually mentioned to my husband the house looked cleaner then when we do it ourselves. It was truly a pleasurable experience doing business with Gravinas and we are so thrilled with how gorgeous our new windows and doors look. Thank you guys for making our home so beautiful. Seemed promising, until we said, NO. This review is reflective of the sales experience only! I can't comment on the quality of the work, but did not love the sales approach. The pricing is not terribly transparent (your initial quote is on a tablet) and the expectation of the on-the-spot decision soured the experience (the quote was valid for only a few hours we were told!).

The quote was the highest of all the companies we got quotes from and I acknowledge that some of that had to do with not comparing all the work apples to apples. When we let them know that we would have to think on the price and that their initial cost was not competitive, the whole demeanor changed and one of the family members (three family members came out to do the quote) walked out without saying anything, visibly upset that we did not jump on the opportunity to give them the business. Judging by other reviews, they do good work and if you don't have the time to do a lot of research and means are of no concern, I am sure they will do a fantastic job. We ultimately chose a different company and product.

I have had a few manufacturers look at a slider door I thought needed replacing and the pricing was sky-high. I decided to call Gravina's for another estimate. Will came by to help me with an estimate and was very friendly and professional. He ended up being able to make some tweaks to my existing door so that I did not have to replace it. I really appreciate the honesty, integrity and professionalism Will demonstrated and will absolutely be using Gravina's when the time does come to replace my door. He restored my faith that there are honest and ethical businesses out there! Highly recommend.

Gravina's supplied and installed 8 Marvin Infinity windows a pair of French doors for us in early December, 2021. The process was slick. Although the lead time was long (we ordered the windows six month earlier),t he 2 installers were professional and efficient. They cleaned up each day. They windows look good and work well. They replaced trim and painted everything. We are very pleased with the job and highly recommend Gravina's.

As return customers, we chose Gravinas again to complete our new, upgraded windows. We're so pleased we did! The bid was certainly below the well publicized well known "Ander." company. Terrific windows and service, tho not quite 5 stars since working with office staff was somewhat difficult at times.

Everything from the sales process thru the installation of the windows went smoothly. Tomas and crew did an excellent job. I especially appreciated that they cleaned up either as the went or at the end of the day. It was as clean after they left as it was before they did the work. They even took down and reinstalled the blinds. I am using them again for another window project.

We've recently purchased a patio door for our previous home with a different company, and it was an okay. But it caused us to look for a different company the second time around. We received 4 quotes for a blinds in the glass french patio door. Jim came out and gave a quote for exactly what we needed because he knows about patio doors. It's a long lead time right now, but our install by Mohannad was perfect. Dree did our paint and stain a few weeks later.

Both were perfectionist and took their time. Everyone cleans up after themselves and nothing was left behind. They do not subcontract and our product cost the same with lower quality companies. Highly recommend going with Gravina's.

A+++ work and product. Installers, Mario and Rene were amazing. My windows look so great that my neighbors are commenting. We had our first freeze earlier this week, and my heat didn't turn on once, and it used to run all the time with my old drafty windows. The quality of the windows is top notch, and I find myself standing and looking at them with a big smile on my face. Highly recommend.

Gravina''s Windows was referred to us by a neighbor. What a great referral. The windows are perfect and we could not be happier with the quality of the windows as well as the quality and care of the installation. Dealing with the entire staff at Gravina's was seamless. Crissy was fantastic, always extremely knowledgeable, and communicated so well with us by phone and email, keeping us informed about the timeline for our windows. Wendy, the scheduling person was the same way.

And the crews who installed our windows were some of the nicest guys we've ever dealt with. They were prompt, kept our place so clean the entire time, and as they said, "we will treat your home like it's ours." We had no issues whatsoever. We still have some more windows and another patio door to do probably next year, and will be calling on Gravina's again.

Gravina's has been an absolute pleasure working with from the initial evaluation and meeting with Justin and John. To Lisa helping me find the ebony color that looks amazing on my house in the showroom. To the lead installer, Tom, once they were manufactured who did an excellent job with his installation team. Had one issue and it was resolved no problem.

Gravina's has replaced all of the windows on our 45 year-old home. The Marvin windows are very high quality and work wonderfully. The installation crews have all been exceptionally thorough, courteous, professional and skilled. Absolutely no complaints. Choosing our replacement windows with the help of the knowledgeable sales people was seamless. They answered our questions and guided us in the best choices possible for our needs.

When our new windows were installed we were impressed by the skills and efficient work of the installers. The job was completed with as little disturbance to us as possible. They informed us about what was being done and answered our questions thoughtfully. The area was always left clean when each window installation was completed. The touch up painting was done efficiently both inside and out. Two small challenges on two of our windows were handled thoughtfully and with a great result. We are grateful we chose Gravina's!

The estimates were accurate and the installation was really smooth. We got estimates from several other window companies and found that Gravina's offered the most value. The Infinity windows we purchased were not cheap so we wanted a company that we could trust to install them.

Bought a new door found this company at the Denver Home Show. Took 8-9 weeks of checking in every 2 weeks before I was told my door arrived damaged and would have to be re-ordered. After no contact from Gravinvas, I followed up 2-3 weeks later and was told my door was in and scheduled installation for following week.
