Services
Drain Cleaning
Report
Freedom Plumbing cleans all drains including main lines, kitchen lines, laundry lines, tub and shower drains, condensation lines and many others that could need cleaning. The proper way to clean a drain or sewer line is with a sewer cable. If sewer machine is not properly handled by a professional then it can be very dangerous.
Toilets
Report
Toilets are used on a daily basis and should be kept in good condition, so if it is leaking it can possibly be repaired but we do recommend replacing due to the fact that a repair is usually temporary and does not always fix the problem permanently. Older toilets can also cause you to have higher water bills due to the low efficiency on the flush provided.
Gas Leak Locating
Report
Gas leak locating-Gas leaks are completely different from water or sewer leaks for two main reasons. You are dealing with a combustible gas that is highly flammable, and you cannot physically see the leak. Gas can be very dangerous if not handled properly and should only be worked on by a licensed plumber.
Sewer Camera
Report
If you have a leak in the line that cannot be seen, then we can use our state of the art sewer camera to go down and see what and where exactly the break is. This system is also good for stoppages as we can detect brakes or roots in lines that could potentially save you hundreds of dollars from running a cable.
Water Heaters
Report
Water Heaters: Freedom Plumbing installs all brands and sizes of water heaters, whether it be natural gas, electric, or propane. If your water heater tank is leaking, then your water heater will need to be replaced. Some people try doing this themselves but more often than not, they do not realize the dangers or inefficiency that this can cause.

I usually don't write reviews but this is the worst service I've ever gotten. The plumber arrived at 9:25am and I got a payment receipt through email at 10:23am which had $87 more than what I was initially told. I called the office and whichever lady they had there started by saying the plumber was here for 2 and a half hours and there was nothing they could do about it. Next thing before I know it she said they were here for 2 hours. This was not about the money, but more about honesty and making sure you're treating your customers right!

I have used and referred over the years the owner Trent Mason. I had replaced my water heater with a tankless water heater. I only needed copper 3/4" pipe, run from the stub outs to the new water heater. I told Trent 2 days before tech arrived what I needed. When the tech arrived, he looked at it and said he needed to run to the supply store for parts and if I understood the hourly rates (~$175/hr).

I have no problem paying hourly rate for your plumbing skills but I should NOT have to pay for your drive time to the store for parts, especially after I sent pictures of what I needed and what I had done! It's not like I needed anything special and 3/4" pex or copper pipe I would think should be standard parts on the big trucks you drive! He ended up using about 8' of PEX piping and some pex fittings, charging for 2.5 hours and I paid ~$500 for it! (I did get 10% discount which covered the $59 trip charge to drive to my house when I complained about the $175 trip to the store). Very disappointed.

I was referred to Trent from Georges services after they fixed my washer, I discovered i had some drain problems as well. They were quite busy so it took a couple days before they could come out, but I was glad I waited. Trent and his partner was very Johnny-on-the-spot, and was able to take care of my drainage which turned out to be further than I thought. I didn't have to wait for any parts or anything because they had what they needed on their vehicles. They took their time, And tested everything out. Highly recommend them

We were recommended by our appliance guy for our drainage problem in our kitchen. We thought our dishwasher was not working right because we kept getting water spewing out everywhere inside the sink. Turn out, we had quite a blockage in our Entire kitchen area. Trent came out and was Very informative and very helpful. The process was very streamline and I didn't even have to worry about anything he handled it all. He seemed to have all types of knowledge and was very patient with me and my husband.

After my refrigerator went, I was referred to these guys from my appliance repair people. Georges services took a look at my dishwasher, Because it was looking like it was the source of a leak. One of the piping under the sink was rigged up and every time the dishwasher would drain, it would leak out. So I had Trent come out and it didn't even take him maybe 30 minutes to be in-and-out of the house.

Naturally calling a plumber is not the most fun thing to do on the level of purchasing a new car, you just know you're gonna get stiffed, but he was actually very reasonable.

Had a sewer leak under my foundation and they came out to find where it was at. They located the crack and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost and it was very reasonable. I called around and did my homework to make sure I wasn't going to overpay but they were the best. They have great communication and everything worked out great. I would def use them again.

I called Freedom Plumbing on the recommendation of a friend and I'm glad I did! We've had water leaking forever in the front yard, did some digging of my own and couldn't figure it out - but I'm not a plumber! I finally gave up and called in the professionals - Joseph came out, found the leak quickly and tolerated me looking over his shoulder and talking his head off while he worked.

He fixed the leak in the main line between the meter and my house and now my sidewalk can finally dry up. I'm happy to have a trustworthy company on my speed dial. Thanks guys!

They are straight forward and have a really good reputation of not ripping you off. One company quoted me $3,500 for a slab leak, they were over a thousand less and was able to tunnel under my house instead of jack hammering through the concrete.

After a recent bad experience with another plumbing company for a separate issue, I called Freedom Plumbing based off these reviews. They can out on a cold, rainy day to fix an outdoor issue to get us back up and running. I felt the cost was reasonable. The person that came out was very nice and polite. thanks for your help!

This small operation is just what I was looking for. They are easy to communicate with and are very straightforward with their approach. After being referred by Georges Services, I talked to Trent and he sent Joseph out and he took care of my water heater leak in my attic. Some kind of valve was stuck open, and he had the part with him. I thought I was going to need a new water heater. Thankfully I was wrong.

Freedom Plumbing came out and installed a new hot water heater. They were not only able to upgrade the old one that we had, but were also able to get us up to code. Trent came out and did an inspection on our hot water heater along with some other plumbing issues we were having.

Called office on a Friday and Freedom Plumbing said someone would come in one hour. Very prompt, I had called two other plumbers before and they did not answer. I left a message and they called me back the following Monday. They other plumber I called said they were closed for the upcoming weekend.

Let me start by saying I was excited to work with this plumber. I had been referred to them and saw that they had mostly good reviews online. I was having them come out to install a gas line for my new stove. The problems started with them showing up late without any notification. They were supposed to arrive between 8-10am. At 8:50am I called their office and was told that they would be arriving shortly.

At 10am, they called and told me they were finally on their way. They didn't arrive until 10:25am. This started the disappointment but I was still had faith that they would do a good job. They finally arrive and immediately start working. They are quick and energetic. I was thinking that I had made the right choice. Then, after 35 minutes of work, they told me that they had to leave to buy their supplies.

This ticked me off since I expected that they would have already bought the right fittings and hose. They told me it would only take around 30 minutes and then they would be right back. After 40 minutes, they called me and told me the store didn't have what they need and they had to go to another store. I tried to understand and said that was ok. An hour later, I call them and they said they are 20 minutes away.

This trip of theirs to the store wasted 2 hours of my life. When they got back with their supplies, they finished the job quickly. It only took 30 more minutes. For all this headache, they charged me $700 - 10% since I was a new customer. This means, I paid $630 for 1hour and 5minutes worth of work and approximately $125 worth of material. They tried to take $100 worth of hose that I paid for but left it with me when I asked for it.

On a positive note, they did hook up the hose and it doesn't leak. Tl;dl; They were late, didn't have their supplies, took 2 hours to get their supplies, worked for 1:05hours. The good news is that the hose works and doesn't leak.

Trent was considerate, prompt and called to let us know he was on his way. We are elderly and he was very kind, helpful and reasonably priced.

They took out my old water heater and made my system run on a tankless water heater. They had to adjust the gas line so the tankless heater would work with my system as well as the water lines. The price I got for an estimate I got was exactly right on for the final price.

Trent showed up at the time scheduled for appointment. and provided an estimate of all work to be performed. We were very impressed with the fact that he had to crawl under our pier and beam house and did not try to charge us to do so for an estimate like other companies that we contacted tried to do.

I recently had a backed-up commode in my house and 2 gentlemen showed up on time the appointed day early during the appointed time frame. They were courteous and professional, and handled the job rather quickly. The process was easy and the price was as quoted. I sincerely appreciate their quick professionalism and for this reason I'm submitting this review! Thanks so much, guys!

Before yesterday I have had Freedom Plumbing out to my house a few times over this past 4 year and thought the owner (Trent) was a nice and honest guy. However, over the weekend I had a small leak begin right by my water meter and had a completely different experience with them. I called Freedom on Sunday and left a message about my leak. The next day I received a call back from his secretary and she told me that the first time they could come out was Wednesday morning.

I asked her if she thought it was okay that I leave a leak sitting like that until then and she said considering the size of the leak that it would be fine. I wasn't a big fan of this, but I had used them before and I prefer to be consistent with the people I use. When Trent and his helper arrived on Wednesday morning I went outside and showed them the problem I was having and the helper immediately began digging the hole to perform the repair with no mention of how much the repair would cost.

I made the mistake of not asking for an estimate of the cost because I had used Trent before and did not expect to be gouged. About 45 minutes later, I went outside and told Trent that I had to get to work and asked if I could give him my credit card information. He immediately pulled out his book and informed me that the repair would cost $567.50.

I thought this sounded high, but I made my second mistake by going ahead and paying under the assumption that the repair would take longer than I assumed. After talking to a plumber from my home town, I was informed that this price seemed grossly overpriced for the amount of time such a job should take. I called Trent to discuss the job and the cost and was not given any consideration. Trent informed me that the job took "about 2 hours", which would amount to $284 an hour by my math.

I asked Trent what his hourly rate is and he said he fixes this type of leak on a fixed price instead of hourly, but that his normal rate is $175 an hour. I questioned why I was paying $284 an hour when his standard rates was $175 and was literally told that I would not be complaining had my job of taken 5+ hours. Well my job did not take 5 plus hours, it took less than half that time. Trent began to back track and tell me the 2 hours he told me earlier in our conversation did not include other activities and that he really spent "probably 3 hours" at my house.

In the end, Trent was unwilling to budge at all, even for a customer who has used him multiple times in the past on a job that he even admitted to charging me significantly higher than his standard rate. And I learned to always get a price on a service no matter your past experiences with a company.
