They showed up ready to tackle the job; spent hours/days working on it; were completely professional through the whole process. After having foundation work done on our house we were told there was a leak under one of the bathtubs so after 2 estimates we decided to go with Links. I'm glad we did. It was a pleasure meeting and working with Derrick. He is kind, respectful and very informative. The work was completed in the time frame he told us and was overall a smoothe stress free process. We have one more leak and plan on calling them out for this one as well.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. Absolutely top notch, fair, honest, dependable and GOOD at what they do. Bought an older home, brought Marcus and his crew in and they did everything they could to get me an operational bathroom as soon as they could. Replaced my hot water heater, fixing leaks, even coming after a long day to install my toilet as a second visit. So thankful to find these guys, thank you for everything!

Ok they sent a person out to look at my water heater. For one he did not introduce himself. He had some what of an attitude. He looked at my water heater and took two pictures and stated it would be $1600. Didn't diagnose a problem. Just judging by it u need a new one. Regardless if that's true the customer service skills made me not want to pursue business with this company.

We found that Marcus of Links Plumbing Services was the perfect Service Tech professional for us. We had a tub shower faucet leak which two other companies said would require removing a significant portion of our tiled shower wall to fix. Neither tried to determine a different solution, but that was Marcus's approach. He figured what was causing the leak, went to buy parts, came back, and fixed it at a reasonable cost. A pleasure to be around, he explained things as he went. We have a couple big plumbing projects coming up, and now we know where to go.

I had a bad blockage in my sewer lines and stuff was backing up into my tubs and toilets. I called them and they came out right on schedule. They didn't change the quoted price or try to sell me anything. They were thorough, professional, and friendly. They also were able to locate issues to avoid future problems, and gave me a quote if we wanted to move forward with fixing it later--very helpful.

We called because my grandparents had an issue with their Guest House toilet. So we decided to call GP Plumbing they came on time they gave us an estimate that was accurate and we went ahead and agreed with the work and they wanted and they completed the work for us within a day. everything works great now and we couldn't be happier with the service that we were provided.

I visited my Grandma in Grand Prairie about a month ago. During our stay, she got a leak in her kitchen and we needed to hire a plumber to help her fix the issue. I contacted the company and they came right away even though it was late at night. It turned out that small leak was caused by a bigger issue. The plumber explained to us the situation and within a few hours everything was resolved. I am just glad some plumbers are willing to come out that time of night. I highly recommend this company

While visiting my uncle down in Grand Prairie and in the middle of the night the damn water pipe popped and these guys were the only ones who answered my call. They came out quickly and resolved my issue. The plumber was hilarious, even at 4am - who would have guessed! Will absolutely be doing business with them again. Thank you!

We have used GP Plumbing Expert for 2 of our rental properties just outside of Grand Prairie, TX. This crew is excellent! They came to our properties extremely fast, knocked out all the work that was needed, and were even pretty nice to the tenants (this does not happen often). The bill was nothing to get a heart attack over which is always nice after you call an emergency plumber. Overall nothing but positives from our side about this plumbing company.

Just recently, we have experienced a lot of issues with our water heater. Aside from the leaks, we have been hearing a loud noise and their tech found that it was from sediment build up. He was really quick in assessing the problem and was very professional and respectful. He even went an extra mile to examine sewer drain outs and did an awesome job. I wouldn't hesitate calling GP Plumbing Experts again.
