My A/C went down. Called the fine ppl at ARS and they got here fast. I was looking at replacing my System but have been ripped off by others in the same business. But the Tech was Friendly, Honest, and explained everything I needed to know. The System I thought I needed was a 4 ton. The Tech said a 3 and. Half would work. He was right. I bought their System.
And they got my old one up and running till the next day at no cost. They were out here exactly when they said the would be. And we're Professional and Nice. The Work and Equipment we're both Above Expectations. They are an Honest Company that keeps their word. Very Rare these days. I Would Highly Recommend using them. They will be the only Company I will ever have work on my AC.
I will go as far to say. I will be purchasing a service contact with ARS so they only service my AC. I have only done that with one other company that I have used for over 40 yrs. One last thing. Not one time did they try to sell me something. That is the first time in a long time that has happened.

I don't understand the amount of negative reviews here on Google. We have had to deal with some crummy A/C companies (Acree) in the past. ABS did everything they said they would do and did it in a professional manner. They said they would be out within 30 minutes and were on time. They set up an appointment (at our request) for the following day to replace our A/C system (even though they had got our old one up and running).
They said they'd be there by 8 am and arrived promptly before. They got right to work, were friendly and hard working. The cost was far cheaper than I thought it would be to purchase a new A/C system. Highly recommend ABS and the guys who came out for the install. Total professionals! Great Service! Excellent Price!

These people installed my unit but they won't admit to it until i showed them the paperwork of it, but i thought I'd have to go with them for the warranty but that was wrong. I needed a new fan motor and they quoted me $550 just for labor which you can normally buy the part and have it installed cheaper. Then tried to get me with a $130 service charge thats about double what anyone else offers.
Long story short went with one hour air and I'm clean and clear for $80 for everything. These people have always been shady but the pandemic price gouging is too much. Avoid like covid. EDIT: its cute they play this off as a prank but you can see by the other reviews I'm clearly being very serious. My unit you put in is very real and I'd add a pic of the paperwork for it if i was able to, but you can only do it when you originally post. They know very well everything I've said is true and are just mad i denied them service for gouging.

Horrible experience working with this company. They replaced all my duct work back in August 2019 and I have had issue after issue since then. Multiple repairs have been done. They did not file a permit for the original install last year but after all these issues pulled one and still have not yet had the work inspected. They do not return phone calls when they say they will and have not shown any remorse or accountability for the horrible experience I have had. This will be the first and last time I work with this company.

I've have been using this company for about 2 years. I called them again because my compressor went out. I was quoted $89 service fee. The techs were great and diagnosed the problem but I received a service fee of $129. I called customer service and was told that a commercial building service fee is higher. Not a pleasant surprise after the service was completed.

Very very friendly employees, very quick on installing the unit, the one guy Matthew explained everything on The nest thermostat, he made sure that I understood how to use it, although now I'm waiting on the parts to come through the dog housing and the filter box waiting Amy to call me back, so we can cover the hole in the back of my home because we have a lot of possum and rec rooms around here that can cause a lot of damage underneath the house if that's not shut off or closed up, thank sincerely Laurie Cox

I recently purchased a home & a home warranty. My AC would work sometimes so i contacted my home warranty. They quickly sent this company to take a look at my unit. I was told that my unit had a leaking coil which wasn't covered under my warranty and i would need to replace my ac handler. Per the invoice I had what looked like a 2008 ac handler & an older compressor but after i got a second opinion both units are brand new & in fact still have a warranty as they were put in and manufactured in 2020.
This company is incompetent and tried to have us replace a brand new unit that did not have any issues. My house just needed insulation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY without receiving a second opinion or even reviewing the labels.

This company does not answer their emergency number. They also have false 5 star reviews. They failed to repair my unit today. My wife, toddler, and I now have to try and go to bed in a house that is 86 degrees, and they do NOT ANSWER THEIR EMERGENCY LINE! I have never dealt with a business that has been so incompetent so consistently. Do not fall for this shady companies schtick. Pease be very cautious with these positive reviews there are definitely multiple fake reviewers giving 5 stars. Just look at any of the reviews that have peoples full names singing their praises. They all have reviewed the same places and only give 5 stars.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We called for emergency service and spoke to Michelle. She was abrupt and would not answer my husbands questions. We were already stressed, we didnt need a rep who was rude! Then she hung up on us, even though we continued to be nice to her. Needless to say we went with someone else. If you can't be polite on the phone there is no way I would trust you to come to my house and be honest and fair.
I worked in customer service. That first point of contact sets the tone. We ended up calling someone else and signed a contract with them for further service. Thanks Michelle we ended up using someone else who was polite and fair.

Don't trust the sales people. We believed the sales guy who came to talk about a new system. He told us about a system that was half way between the other two they sold, claiming it was the best deal. He also said we would get two years of free system checks. After 2 years, we called them to ask when the system checks would start. They finally scheduled a check for a month after we called.
After only 3 checks (each one we had to call and remind them to come) the technician tried to sell us a maintenance package. When we turned him down, he left without checking the system and they never came back for the remaining 3 checks. When the system was only 4 years old, we had to have the compressor changed. It's 2 years later and we have to replace the compressor again.
We've also learned that the cooling agent for the system has been discontinued and we will most likely need to replace the whole system after only having it for 8 years. We will NEVER go to ABS Air Conditioning again and we will warn anyone who asks about them.

This company had to be called back 13 times over 3 months. So many different texh's sent out. They never got my A.C. To work properly. First day they left ac started to run. Went out and water everywhere had to turn it off. They couldn't get air to 2 bedrooms, said it was because there was a split. Yet unit I had before worked fine. In garage where unit is, they used a lot of metal tape.
Paper was dropped behind fridge. No clean up. They cracked ceiling of addict. A lot of paste to repair. That plaster paste fell all over top of fridge and floor. This took 3 months. They fail inspection twice. Then they come back and want to charge more $ to cool my bedrooms. They never cleaned up fridge. It dried and that's all same dried paste on floor.
Owner came out and said it passed inspection and they were done and won't come out to fix anything. Crappy company. I wish I could do negative stars. IDONT RECOMMEND At ALL

I just had a Rheem 4 Ton whole house AC system installed by this company. Their service and professionalism and attention to detail was very good. Installation includes a 2 year service agreement and 1 year of labor in addition to a 10 year parts warranty. Prior to this I had them for a 1 year service agreement and they have probably been out to my house five times over the last year due to various problems with the terrible bank installed air conditioning system on the home that I purchased from the bank.
I can say they kept my old system alive probably longer than it should've been. I was also impressed that they figured out that there was an electrical problem that needed corrected because my thermostat never seem to work correctly. The funny thing is that ABS discovered the electrical problem but my electrician wasn't able to diagnose it prior to ABS telling him exactly what the problem was. That is how good these guys were that they were even able to figure out things that were not directly related to the air-conditioning system.
I can say they kept my old system alive probably longer than it should've been. Don't be swindled like I was. The technician that did our "twice a year" maintenance on a one year old system that they installed. By the time the technician was done with reviewing my system it cost me $1,150. After doing some research the parts retailed for $300 the rest was profit. I called Michelle the customer service manager and she said she would look into it and never got back to me. This company cannot be trusted

First time using ABS AC for any work at our home. Our AC stopped working at 6 PM on 8/22/2017 on the hottest day so far this summer. We called our regular AC service company and despite advertising 24/7 service, they couldn't get anyone out till late the next morning. We needed AC working ASAP as we own and foster several older cats and dogs with medical problems.
We called ABS on recommendation of my parents at 7 PM and in about 1 1/2 hours had a technician at our home. Bill was our AC tech and he diagnosed our problem quickly as a bad start capacitor in the outside unit. Fortunately it is a is a part they stock on their trucks and he could fix our AC. 1 hour later and our AC was working and cooling our home. Saved me from installing an emergency AC window unit in the dark. Thanks ABS AC and Bill.

This company has been great to deal with from our initial call 3 years ago for service until our most recent semi annual inspection. The prices for the repairs and system replacement have been fair, but the professionalism of each individual we have dealt with exceeds our expectations. We used ABS to install a new A/C about three months ago. They charged almost $6000 and the unit still isn't working properly. They have sent people out at least five different times to fix the issue, and noone did anything. To make matters worse, the workers would say the last worker messed something up in the unit. At the last visit, the techs appeared to be high on marijuana and said we need to pay another $1000 to fix the insulation! They do not stand by their work and we were very dissatisfied! Would not use them ever again!
