Breceda Landscape

Apparently he makes millions per year, and this means dead certain that he is correct and never wrong. I don't remember his name, but i believe he is the owner. He cautioned against drip irrigation on a slope. When I asked why that was, he proceeded to tell me that because its not common unless certain circumstances were present, and repeatedly implicated with strong conviction that his couple million a year income is testament to how right he was and therefore no drip irrigation was needed for my project.

He never even let me finish explaining the job to him, that the conditions necessary for drip were indeed present. He just kept blabbering about how rich he is. So I said Im sorry but that has nothing to do with drip irrigation or its function. Then he interrupted, saying he'll pass onnthe project because he doesnt like where its going, and hung up abruptly. Very rude, unprofessional, all thumbs down for these guys.

We strongly recommend Breceda Landscape. They are a highly-professional company that designed and then implemented a complete re-landscape of our front-yard. Their design proposals were creative and responsive to our vision for the front-yard. In working with us, the principals were knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and listened carefully as we agreed on a final design. Breceda employs an experienced crew to implement the design.

Our plans to renovate our back yard were suddenly accelerated by the need to host a reception for our son and new-daughter-in-law after their marriage plans were suddenly accelerated. We had professional landscape plans in-hand so we reached out to three recommended firms. Teran & Eric called to make an appointment for the next Saturday and got us a quote before the second firm was even able to visit!

The third didn't respond at all. Most importantly the Brecedas said they could install within our very aggressive time frame (8 weeks). And they did so with almost two weeks to spare! We added two water features, a fire pit, a raised planter bed, lots of boulders, and connected our two existing covered patios. Valdez, their amazingly skilled and talented lead handled a wide variety of materials, extended the needed utilities lines, built our water features and fire pit, and ensured everything was done in the correct order so the job went smoothly. Eric orchestrated the deliveries and worked closely with us to make sure the end result was all that we had hoped and mostly within our budget.

We recommend Breceda Landscape wholeheartedly. Not only did they allow us to host our reception on time, but we have a yard that invites us out to use it at all times of year. The before and after photos (are only 6 weeks apart.

Breceda Landscape recently finished a complete yard re-do for me, leaving intact only most of a patio (added pavers to the perimeter), part of a sidewalk and one pine tree. Work included demo and soil removal, drainage, irrigation, concrete, pavers in concrete, natural ledger stone on columns and a barbecue, a fountain incl. electrical, hot tub, fire pit, 3 large vegetable boxes, 200+ ft of fencing with gates, low voltage lighting, boulders, planting etc.

So you can consider them a one-stop shop. I had 3 bids and Breceda and another were pretty comparable price-wise, but I'm happy I chose Breceda Landscape as the project went smoothly and was professionally completed. I had a landscape design but Teran and Eric made several recommendations that were more cost-effective. It was a large project and there were lots of decisions that had to be made along the way, but I found it easy to work with the whole team. Overall I couldn't be happier with the outcome and I highly recommend them.

We had a medium sized landscaping project. Our landscape designer recommended Breceda Landscaping, and they did a professional job at the price quoted. They were honest, prompt, and thorough, and worked well with the landscaper and us to make sure we were all satisfied with the results. Eric specializes in choosing and placing boulders, and Teran and then Eric accompanied me to the yard to make the boulder selection. Eric also has developed a drip irrigation system (which is sold commercially) which he installed and which seems to be working well. We are very happy with the results.

Eric and Teran were great to work with; they listened to what I wanted and game up with great ideas and a well-executed plan. My backyard turned out so well I hired them to do the front yard too, also with excellent results. Eric is very responsive and has helped me with irrigation fixes and updates years after the original installation. He is an honest businessman and I trust him completely.

I had in mind plants that would attract Butterfly's and Hummingbirds and that is exactly what I got! We used natural elements like decomposed granite to soften the hardscape and took advantage of the natural drainage flow line with a rock river bed.

Working with Eric and Teran was a pleasure. I trusted their guidance and appreciated their attention to detail, namely watching the bottom line as my ideas needed to fit a budget. Umm where to start. Our home needed both front and back landscaped. I will say that Eric and Teran are pretty knowledgeable with plants and landscaping ideas. Eric claims to have designed a sprinkler that he will sell to you if he can. (I'll come back to that) The project began and it seemed they came in and were done like a Tasmanian devil...it was quick and looked legit.

Our FRONT yard came out just beautiful. I couldn't be happier. But the backyard sod they put in....it is obvious that there are 2 types of sod mixed in. It looks ridiculous. So banking on the promise of follow-up we attempted to contact them regarding this, plus questions on Eric's 'sprinkler' heads. We got nothing but crickets. I just don't get it and feel the promised support was not for real. This is why I felt compelled to write this review. Just a heads up for others who might use them.

I had a small budget to work with so I was worried about what I could do with my front yard (it was a complete mess). Eric and Teran Breceda created a beautiful landscaped front yard for me. This is an unsolicited testimonial. I had never met Eric and Teran Breceda prior to an estimate for a walkway I requested. Eric arrived at my home with his master mason, Valdez, to perform a thorough examination of the work to be performed. Subsequently, Teran emailed me the estimate which was within the averages of the other estimates. However, I was impressed with Eric's knowledge and personal character.
