Arrived early as promised. Friendly. Good communicators. I believe they did every detail as well as it could be done. The H&H team stayed till 8pm to finish the install and clean up. And when I called with a few questions, they returned promptly to make sure everything was 100%. This was the annual A/C check up. Steve changed the filter, checked coolant level, maintenance check of inside and outside units. He explained everything looked good but based on the age of the unit - 21 years - it's time to consider getting an estimate for a new A/C unit. Steve was patient with my questions and explained the examine to my understanding. Thank you.

I contacted H&H because my unit was not cooling. A repair person was sent out within 2 hours and addressed the issue. This company installed my unit last year so I was surprised that I had an issue but they definitely delivered on their promise to provide great customer service. When the technician scheduled to do my Spring inspection was tied up on a job downtown, the H&H coordinator called to let me know that Jim was ready to fill in. He arrived on time, and explained the H &H policy to meet on-time service commitments and got to work. Jim did a great job inside and outside the house and reviewed with me do I'm confident in being cool this summer. I give Jim and H&H gold stars for tech know-how and on-time service!

Chris came out to do up an estimate for central air installations in our home. he was on time and walked us through the process which is new to us. Very honest in telling us what would be the best option for us to choose.we didnt feel like he was just trying to sell a product but really had our best interest at heart and our home! The technician was great: personable. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to do anything because he wasn't equipped to service an oil boiler, and didn't know that's what I had. It should be standard practice for them to ask the client if they have oil or gas when scheduling. I gave all the info to Home Depot. I recommend you try to remember to mention that when you talk to them.
The challenge now is for me to find another day off; today was perfect because it's a holiday. I wish I couldn't give a rating because they might be excellent at servicing boilers, so, this is only based on having the wrong technician come out: gas when needing oil.

H&H provided the winning bid to replace my furnace. I found every person I dealt with in this company to be pleasant, straightforward, and professional. My technician, Mike, was great. Jim - Just wanted to let you know that we have had a problem with our HVAC again. Over the winter we noticed that we were using a tremendous amount of propane to heat the house. We are on the maintenance with H&H and they came out twice and filled the unit with Freon only to have it drain out each time.

Hi Jimmy, Just a note to express our sincere satisfaction with the work H & H did for us. This is the 2nd time we've used H & H to install heat pumps for us - 2 separate houses. I can honestly say that if there is need for a 3rd we'll call you first. The quotation process was honest and informative. The scheduling was very simple with no long delay.
