I have been with Elite for one day but so far I am thrilled. They are very very responsive and the technician, Mellissa was really excellent. I sincerely hope she is available to continue to service our pool.

I have an unusual pool needed a new liner this year. They showed up on time were responsive and knowledgeable. Did a great job. My new go to pool folks!

I cannot say enough about Elite Pool. I was a customer several years ago, but stopped using to give a guy in my neighborhood an opportunity. Elite had done a great job, but I let him talk me into giving him a chance. BAD mistake. I used him for a year or so. Half the time when he left it looked like it had not been vacuumed or brushed. He always had an excuse for why it wasn't clear.

I then tried to get my pool under control myself. Fast forward another year, my pool was in bad shape, spent more time working on it than swimming. Elite started working on my pool back during the winter months and has helped me get my equipment functioning properly. Someone else had installed a wrong valve on my over flow and when my pool was backwashed, it went back in pool.

Elite diagnosed and fixed the problem within a week of my returning as a customer. My pool has never looked better. Every time they clean I get a nice picture showing the work they have done. They have given me confidence that my pool is in good hands. Looking forward to a summer of fun and relaxing by the pool. I will leave the maintenance to the professionals. Thankful for the professionalism and knowledge of Elite pool service.

I am writing this review in hopes that no one else will get scammed from these guys. I called for hot tub repair service and the guy came out (at a rate of $195/hr) and diagnosed the problem letting me know that I'd have to pay this $195 now then they would send me a quote with the repair estimate. The next day I get a quote for another $715 in repairs, bringing my total up over $900.

Thinking this sounded absurdly expensive I called another company who came out and fixed my hot tub in about 45 minutes total for only $165. The problem ended up being a $2 o-ring that had gone bad. Please make sure and do your due diligence before paying these guys anything.

I purchased a Cal Spa from Elite Pool & Spa, My sales lady Ronni was very courteous, I'd give it a 5 star rating but I ended up purchasing a Spa that was missing some features that were supposed to be standard like an Ozonator, corner beam lights, etc. I was told I was purchasing an Escape X-Series ec-767LX but it ended up being the Escape model ec-767L, still a great Spa but not what I thought I was purchasing.

Also the cabinet was slightly damaged during installation but they're supposed replace the damaged sections. Overall, I'd buy from Elite again, Patrick the sales manager upgraded my cover lift at no additional charge and also gave me a small military veterans discount. The installation crew was extremely nice and professional as well. These are the type of people you want to do business with, especially with such a large purchase. Go see Patrick, Ronni and the rest of the staff when purchasing a Hot Tub, you'll be glad you did.

Elite Pool Services was one of three local pool installation companies that we had come to our home to give quotes for installing a gunite pool. We choose Elite because Brad was spent time breaking down costs, and working with us to adjust our pool idea to fit within our budget. He and his team were always on time, conscientious and did a fantastic job from our HOA application all the way to completion.

He was also willing to answer questions and advise us of things once the pool was complete and we were managing the water on our own. We would use them again without hesitation.

I called a couple months ago needing help with the algae that had completely taken over our pool. We tried ourselves but it was just stubborn and we threw in the towel. I called several places and were told they were at least 4-6 weeks out and the receptionist at one place was not friendly at all. Calling Elite Pool Services made me feel appreciated from the first word from the friendly voice that answered to each time they come out and treat my property as they would their own.

The few times I have been here and spoken to the guys that have down maintenance on my pool have been pleasant and friendly interactions. They are here every Monday and I get a text letting me know they are on their way and a text/email when they are done and a list of everything done. They even came out Memorial Day which we didn't expect at all.

I figured they would come out the next day. But they came out and did their job! Glad I called Elite and not settle for any of the others! Thanks for helping us get our pool back under our control!

I waited for over 4 months and made numerous follow-up phone calls simply to try to get an estimate from another pool company with whom I already had a service contract. Elite Pool Services visited my home the same day I called, provided an estimate within 24 hours, and had essentially completed the work within a week. Everyone involved was knowledgeable, responsive, and courteous. They are now my go-to business for any pool-related issues.

I had a water heater pump placed. They work led and planned to place it in the best place. They were the first company I didn't have to chase after placing the order. They actually started the work 2 weeks before it was promised. John is ridiculously nice and did an amazing job! Definitely would recommend

I don't have to be on site to know that the pool has been cleaned because I get a report and pictures for every visit! Highly reccomend. Perhaps they are good at their work. We will never know. We called in the fall and never received a call back. We closed our pool and called again last week. We were told we would be called back. Still no call. They must be doing well since they aren't interested in someone trying to give them money. But who knows.

Have just changed my service to Elite and they have been awesome! Friendly, responsive and professional. I especially like that they send pictures after cleaning the pool and are quick to respond to any question. Very happy with them so far!

I just used Elite Pool Services to open my swimming pool. They were easy to schedule with and had me booked by the next week. Sam Peeples was my technician. I cannot even begin to say how great of a job he did. He gave a complimentary text heads up to let me know his ETA. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and informative. He even spent extra time with me trying to figure out how to set up a pool vacuum. This was well past 5pm. I have used other local pool companies in the past and they are a joke in comparison. Thankful that I stumbled across Elite! 5 stars.

I have used Elite Pool service for the past 2 summers. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. They have great customer service - all are very polite and experienced. They do a great job keeping our pool looking great all summer. They have also done some additional work on our pool and their billing is very reasonable. I recommend them highly!

I could not believe the other review that I read. My service with Elite was nearly identical.

Needed a new swimming pool variable speed pump and salt system installed. Elite Pool Services did install one of the most quality salt system from Pool Pilot and one of the most energy saving pool pump from Jandy - 2hp with App. The coolest thing is that I can manage my pool pump from my smart phone. It also shows me how much power the pool pump uses in current time and rpm. Everything works perfect, I would recommend Elite Pool Services to anyone.

This positive review is long overdue. A couple of months ago my pool pump stopped working entirely. After speaking with some people, I thought I would have to replace the motor. John came out and diagnosed the problem in about 2 minutes.

One word for this company. Amazing! do they have more than 5 stars? John & Sam did an incredible job cleaning our pool that had sat for over 3 years with leaves and muck in the bottom. Stayed persistent, very informative, and always polite and professional.

I wanted to provide a heads up to those who may want to contact Elite Pools based on other positive reviews. I called them this morning to set up a time to have them come to my house to quote the installation of an oversized gunite inground spa (14'x8') in our backyard.

I have relatively large pool that had about 30 years of service and was showing it. The reason I chose the Elite Pool Services was primarily an encounter during last summer when they helped correct a minor leak.
