Allstar Pool & Spa

Terrible customer service after you have purchased your pool or spa and no help after at all. We should have gone with someone else. We do not recommend.

We absolutely love our swim spa from All Star Pools in Trussville! Corrine was just superb to work with from ordering, having it installed, and maintaining and our spa. Josh came out and assisted with maintenance of the spa. They have met expectations. Corrine set up opportunities for us to see an installed swim spa before we decided what we ordered. They have been attentive to our needs.

So a little over a year ago I had a liner put in by this company and this year it began to fall away from the wall so of course we called them to come back out and fix it, after several attempts to get them out they finally just showed up out the blue ( unscheduled) the work was done partially mind you( I was told to smooth out some area myself as if fills up). Lo and behold 2 weeks later I receive a bill, I was confused because there was no discussion of cost or that there would be a bill.

A couple more weeks pass by I got busy so another invoice comes in, so I call them and ask to speak with an office manager no one was available so I left a message. Three weeks later on today I receive a call asking fro funds after I explain the situation I was told not to worry about the 250 but never to call them for anything else mind you I spent over $5000 with them last year including 1000 on a useless product they sold me on. Beware of this company!

Fantastic customer service! I purchased a swim spa from them. They were extremely patient with my 1000 questions and extremely knowledgeable as they had all the answers and more! They delivered the spa ahead of schedule, did a wonderful job with the install and even recorded a maintenance video for my wife to show me as I was not at him when spa was installed. I couldn't be happier and would recommend without ANY hesitation!

I have always had the best service from Allstar, I always get my chemicals from them for our pool & spa. We had to order a new pump recently, no issues.

Were very accommodating, and helpful. However, for what we were looking for I could have put in a full size salt water pool. Very pricey.

Great local business! I purchased a home with a pool and had a ton of questions. I went by and the lady working tested my water sample and so patiently answered all of my questions. She actually advised me not to buy anything yet and to go get some measurements and test the salt water chlorinator then come back. I'm used to people just trying to make a sale and it's so refreshing to have had this experience knowing she wanted to do the right thing and not sell me stuff I wouldn't need. I've only been in this location one time but I trust them 100% and am returning today to get everything I need as well as a new light. Thank you Allstar!

I got my pool July 4th and I love it. We have had no issues at all. The staff at both the Trussville and Gardendale are so sweet and very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you guys for selling is an amazing pool and giving us first class customer service.

While everything was great from picking out the pool to purchasing it, it's been 2 weeks since install and have had 3 separate issues with leaks and it always takes a few days to have a technician out to repair it.
