Great company They responded to my emergency and showed up on time, did a supervisor great job. The installers were very professional and polite. Cleaned up after their work.

I've found my "forever" garage door repair company! Right from the start Carol was very patient with me while I tried to measure a spring so she could provide me with an accurate cost. I must have called her back three times and never once did she make me feel like I was a bother. She was so helpful and kind. The technician, Brian was able to come out the same day and replace the springs on my garage door. Brian was very professional and equally nice! Not only do they provide great service, their prices were also very reasonable. I would highly recommend All Pro Overhead Door Systems.

Avoid at all cost and learn from my mistake. I contacted All Pro to install some doors on an old garage. They had great reviews and I knew I needed a professional for the project. The tech came out and said they would have to frame the doors in because the opening was larger than the existing doors but other than that, it would be a straight forward job with standard doors.

I gladly paid a down payment to get everything started and ordered. Two months later it's time to install. I'm informed that the garage is not structurally sound and it would be a risk for them to install the doors. I'm not a structural engineer, but that makes sense that you wouldn't want do work on something potentially dangerous. I also understand they don't want to take a risk.

Since this was something I was unaware of and they did not see when they initially looked at the job, I ask to cancel the project. I did not expect a full refund understanding that they obviously had time and money in the project since they made two trips to the site and ordered materials, but I was hopeful that they would be understanding since this as unforseen circumstances and offer some sort of discount.

I was offered no refund, they kept all materials, and the only thing they offered was to allow me to buy the doors from them for an additional cost and try to resell them myself. Oh and they kindly offered to deliver them.for a fee. Lesson is, maybe they do ok work on new construction, but they're shady and in my opinion, thieves. I would definitely look elsewhere especially if you're relying on them to be professionals and experts. Carol was great and very responsive throughout the project she should work for a better company

Our garage door spring broke around 7pm with both vehicles inside. Called All Pro and they had a technician out the next morning (the morning after we had an all-night freezing sleet storm which ended with a morning snow fall of a few inches). Jeff was very professional, friendly and did the job quickly. Thank you All Pro-we have used your services for years and will continue to do so!

What a fantastic company! I called around 11:30A regarding a broken spring on our garage door. They were out around 1:30 same day. We had both springs replaced since I was unsure of the age of the springs plus the price was extremely reasonable. Would do business with again.

Fast, inexpensive, and work was done right. Replaced a broken spring and installed weather seal around garage door. We will hire them again when we replace our garage door.

I screwed up my garage door by trying to force it closed. Door was off the tracks on both ends, the bottom of the door was touching the floor on one end, and up 12 on the other, a cable was off the track, etc. Got a quote from a different company, and the guy didn't sound like he knew what he was doing. Overhead Door Systems came out, and looked at it.

The tech gave me a price to fix it, but said the repairs could be less depending on how much work was needed (he couldn't really know until he got into the project.) It was in the ballpark of what the other company had quoted me, which is what I thought it would cost, and was prepared to pay. He was able fix it in about 20 minutes, without using new parts. Tightened the spring on the door as well, so it would stay up.

The cost was a fraction of what he quoted because he was able to just fix it without using new parts. Door works perfectly. He could have taken advantage of me and charged me four times as much, which was what he thought it might cost. He could have taken advantage of me. Great company, and they care about the customer. Give the guy a raise!

Look, I never ever write reviews. But this deserves to be written. From one small business owner to another, this is absolutely terrible service that could've been easily avoided numerous times. I own a small business near Greenlawn Ave, office/warehouse, and we need 2 sections replaced on an overhead door and a weather strip/liner installed on another overhead door.

No big deal so I call these people, they send out a service person and we chat, he seems very competent, professional and like a genuine hard worker in my opinion. Says he'll find prices for the sections and have their office email a quote, maybe in a day or two. I ensure the email and phone number they have for me is correct, we part ways. A few days go by with no email or phone call, so I call and they look up my appointment, confirm details then say they'll follow up with a quote soon.

I confirm the email is correct and my phone number is also correct. A week or two goes by and I had forgotten to follow up with them, so I call back, same exact scenario takes place. I confirm again the email and phone they have for me is correct. Another couple of weeks go by and I'm pretty frustrated. I call, get the same run around and literally no progress has been made.

What gives!? Maybe they don't want to do the work? Maybe the price would be too steep for a relatively small amount of work and their afraid to quote? So, why not just call me back and say you're not interested? Or quote me a high enough price to make the job worth it for you? It's pretty strange. I would easily overpay someone for quality work. I would wait and be flexible with their schedule if they needed.

I've never had so much trouble with giving money to a company before, to provide a service. I would give Zero stars if I could, this is 100% unacceptable, and I will never recommend this company to anyone. In fact, I would discourage anyone from wasting their valuable time with this company.

I wrote a review about a month ago regarding one of their drivers, and got a call back from the owner. Good follow-up and a promise to rectify the situation. Thank you!

Excellent Service! Everyone I spoke to with this company was very helpful, particularly Joe and Dan. They worked with our home warranty company and were able to get approval on a new opener, when replacing the board didn't work as hoped.
