Dominique was so responsive to all my questions and promptly provided the appropriate estimates. She was polite and professional and called sooner than I expected to schedule the install. That happened today and I am very happy with my new window panel! need to power wash the other three to match, but what a difference. Installer was fast and answered my questions. Definitely a thumbs up from me. It was just a bit more than I had hoped to pay, but looks like it's worth the investment.

Horrible experience, and very poor service. The technician was incredibly rude and applied hidden fees (a service charge and a trip charge) when he didn't touch anything. I had a senor issue that was working fine by the time he arrived, he told me to make sure nothing was obstructing the door in the future. He told me the additional charge was for his expertise for telling me to keep the area clear. Very condescending.

This is the second time I have use the services from Abc Garage Door repair. The first time was for the garage door residency where they found the problem and quickly took care of the issue, explaining all the issues and costs. Needed emergency repair on our door when it suddenly stopped working late Friday night. They were were able to come on Sunday afternoon which was great since I wouldn't be required to take off work during the week to wait for them. Ben was punctual, very polite, and got the job done quickly and well. Turns out one of the springs had broken and he. gave me a couple of options for the repairs explaining the differences thoroughly. The door now operates perfectly and with the other tweaks he suggested/made it is so quiet and seems like new. Couldn't be more pleased! Highly recommend.
