I called Door Depot early in the morning and Scott answered and said that they could come out that day. "Wu" came that day and took care of our garage door opener. Awesome service. Guess where I'll be ordering new garage doors when I'm ready?

Called Door Depot to see about replacing a 20 year old opener that was still working relatively fine. Talked to Scott. Within a minute of our conversation I felt as if I were talking to an ol' friend. He was great, answered all of my questions, was very knowledgeable, trustworthy, helpful with what I needed and what I didn't need, never tried to up sell me, and scheduling was easy.

We had a minor snafu with our first installation date but Scott was quick to make everything right. The installer showed up right on time and after figuring out a small ordering issue, the new unit was installed. I didn't catch his name however, he too was great! He was professional, knowledgeable, neat, and respectful of my property. Mr. Scott and Door Depot will get any and all of my business in the future. I would refer them to anyone! Thank you Scott and Door Depot!

The reasons this has to be the BEST in the business: 1. They are experienced & do great work 2. Response time is usually same day 3. The pricing is unbeatable Four years ago used company to replace my garage door opener. Recently had spring mechanism repaired/replaced for less than $100. I noticed that two rollers on my garage door had come off the track. There are a handfull of things I won't tackly aroung the house and garage doors is one of them. I called at 10:00am, Scott picked up the phone without having to go through an automated receptionist. We discussed the problem and he said he would have someone swing by around 1:00.

At 1:00pm, I got a call that Tom would be there in five minutes and he was. Not only did he fix what I knew was wrong, he fixed what I didn't know was wrong, like the tension on my garage door opener chain. I can't recommend this company enough. They are exactly what anyone would want from a service provider.

The spring broke in my garage door. I used Google to find someone to repair it and saw door depot was a couple of miles away and highly rated. They quoted me a price to replace broken springs and were at my house within 10 minutes. From my call to the job being completed was 52 minutes and the price was as quoted. I was super happy and the springs have a 3 year warranty. Excellent experience! Thank you!

Scott (the owner) and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable. They came out to provide an estimate promptly then completed the work quickly once the material arrived. It was a 2 day job to stabilize the existing garage with a new header and install a new two-car door, replacing two single doors. Very fair pricing and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend Door Depot. Scott (the owner) truly has a hold on the garage door market. I called around to numerous places in columbus and all the places were 2x the price and out of stock especially for insulated garage doors. When I called Door Depot and spoke with Scott he had the exact doors I wanted for half the price. I have a 3 car garage and spent same amount for 2 doors with Door Depot than I would have spent on 1 door with other companies.

The doors are excellent quality steel front and back. The installers (Todd & Taylor) were on time and very good. They cleaned up afterwards and told me how to keep up with maintenance. Once again I highly recommend Door Depot with Scott, Todd and the crew. Overall Outstanding Service with Quality. We are very happy customers.

Door Depot is great to call for maintenance or any issues with your garage door. They respond quickly, provide excellent service and I would highly recommend them. I have used them several times and each time it is a good experience.

Found door depot by doing a Google search. My parents needed their garage door repaired and the reviews sound promising. So my dad called Scott and spoke to him. Scott tells my dad to hang on and actually hangs up the phone on my dad. My dad tried to call him back and he would not answer and my dad texted him and he didn't reply. SMH very unprofessional.

Had an amazing service as soon as I called them they got a technician to come to my place and the technician had experience and knew what he was doing and got right away to work and got it fixed in mins and didn't charge too much

Door depot and Scott are amazing! A couple years ago the spring broke on our garage door and we used another local company and had it replaced. A few months ago a random part on our garage door broke and our door would not open/close. The previous company we had used refused to fix the part and was only willing to completely replace the entire garage door opener.

After calling several other companies, I received the same response. Our garage door opener is an old model and no other company would even consider fixing it. I called Door Depot, spoke with Scott, and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and honest! He found the discontinued part and scheduled the repair the next day. For comparison, I also got A quote on a new garage door from Door Depot and it was at least $100 less than the other quotes that I had received. The repair man that came to our home was friendly, and had the repair done in under an hour. We will be using Door Depot for any future garage door needs!

Would highly recommend! Had them out twice and the second time was because the door was broken and could not even get the car out of the garage. Called them just after 8 am and they were there within the hour. Replaced the faulty spring and completed the job before 10am. Employee that arrived was personable and explained the issue quickly. As others have said did not try to sell you anything other than what was broken. Great company.

What a great company! Scott came on time and walked us through all of the options. He didn't try to "sell" us anything. He was honest and knowledgeable and suggested options that would match our house. He scheduled our install immediately and followed up after install to make sure everything was perfect and to our liking. I highly recommend this company for any and all of your garage door needs!

We highly recommend Door Depot. Our garage door was cracking down the center and desperately needed to be replaced. We got several quotes for new insulated carriage house door. Door depot was less than half the price for the exact same door. I don't think anyone can beat their prices. Best price and amazing quality! Why would anyone want to pay more than double the price for a equality door? Todd did a great job installing our new door and was very professional. We will definitely use Door Depot for all of our garage door needs.

We had the best experience replacing our garage doors & getting new lifts through Door Depot. Everyone we worked with was great, professional, and knowledgable! We were rather picky about color/style & they were able to do it all & very quickly!

The costs associated with the installation was the most competitive (by far) after comparing multiple quotes from other companies in the Columbus, OH area. Called early on a Tuesday afternoon and they were at my house with the repair completed before 3:00. Very friendly technician who was clearly very experienced. Charged a fair price for excellent service and I 100% recommend and would use this company again for any needed repairs.

We had an excellent experience with this company. The owner came to do our estimate and he was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He was able to give recommendations for what would look nice and work well for our needs. We were having doors replaced on an older carriage house so we didn't need anything fancy and he didn't try to push us to buy what we didn't need.

Three days later they came out and installed our doors and inspected our garage door on our attached garage too. (That was complimentary and it now runs quieter than ever!) We were extremely happy with the service, product and efficiency of this company. If you are looking for a great company to install garage doors, look no further, you have found one!

The torsion spring on one of our garage doors snapped and needed to be replaced, so I called Door Depot. Got a quick answer over the phone, exact pricing, and an appointment for the next day. They showed up, replaced the spring, did a little reinforcing and were off. Quick, easy, and reasonably priced. My only minor quibble would be that they put a Door Depot sticker on the wall of my garage, which fortunately came off with no residue. I'd definitely use their services again and recommend them to others.

Very happy with the service Todd provided today. We were in a pinch because the bracket connecting the garage door opener to the door was tearing away and doing more damage every time we opened and closed it. We needed help and fast. I called late in the day and Scott asked a lot of questions to diagnose the problem and had Todd come out the next afternoon.

Not only did Todd find a way to reinforce the connection point and the damage to the door with materials he had on-hand, but he spent extra time evaluating the door opener and determined that it was pushing down too hard when the door closed, which was the root cause of the problem. Now the door is solid when it opens, and glides into place just touching the base when it closes.

It was a quick, durable fix and kept us from having to sink a lot of money into 15-year-old doors that we want to replace in the next couple of years. Very knowledgeable and trust-worthy. Fair price and also offered other repair options. Will call again and recommend to others.

Great customer service, efficiency and great price. Our garage door spring snapped in half yesterday and we started calling around to many garage door repair companies. We had a person come out from another company within a couple hours but they were charging double and the customer service was not good. Have saved their information!

I sent pictures of my garage door and how it was behaving to Door Depot and Scott replied quickly with his suggestions (based of the pictures) and provided a quote. He didn't hassle with me, his response was straight up his thoughts on what the problem was. Speaking to credibility, it made me believe he would be the best choice. I was right. The gentleman that came out to repair my door (I am so sorry to have forgotten his name) was SO informative, respectful, and worked quickly to provide resolution. My door was up and going in no time! It was very reasonably priced and recommend these guys/ladies to anyone needing a new door installation or repair of a clunky one!

Had a spring break in the cold cold of winter! I called, we setup a spring replacement and they walked me through all the important things I hadn't thought about. Did I have an insulated door. Was I planning on replacing the door (springs don't transfer). In shOrt they showed up the next day and it was Done. We got back in the garage and there was zero mess. Perfect experience.

Great company. Our garage door suddenly stopped working, and I got an appointment with Door Depot very quickly. The person came out to our home right on time and was extremely polite and nice to deal with. Our garage driver needed some parts replaced, and he fixed them quickly and professionally. Cost was extremely reasonable, and I will use them for any other issues that may arise. Very impressed.

Outstanding company and service! Not only my best ever customer experience with a garage door company but probably my best ever experience with any repair service. Using Yelp, I requested a quote for a garage door repair. Within minutes, I not only had a reply but a fair price for the service. I was also able to arrange for the appointment to take place less than 24 hours later.

The technician who arrived at my house was exceedingly professional and knowledgeable. He reviewed my problem and discussed various repair options with me. I opted for a more expensive and time-consuming option. The technician asked when I wanted the work to take place. I said that I was flexible, but he offered to do the work that afternoon after picking up some supplies from a nearby distributor.

Within 20 minutes, he was back at my house and my repairs were completed soon thereafter. He not only fixed my problem and showed me how to use my new equipment, but reprogrammed all of the garage door opening buttons in my cars, repositioned an external keypad and lubricated my other garage doors. I am very happy with the quality of the work and can't say enough positive things about the owner who handled my initial inquiry and his son who effected the actual repairs. Great experience. Called at 4:30 on a Thursday when our garage door broke 2 hinges and would not open or close with my car in the garage of course! He was out the next morning by 9 and had it fixed in 30 minutes and sounding better than it ever has. And for a lot less than I thought!

I met with Scott who is the owner of Door Depot. He provided a quote for the front garage door and advised me he would give me a quote for the back door the following morning. When I didn't hear from Scott after 3 days I sent him a text to follow up and 2 days after that I left a voicemail. I then left one more message after that requesting follow up and to date have not heard anything from Scott or anyone else at the Door Depot.

Given the other reviews on listed here I was expecting amazing service and quality products but have receiving anything but that. *********************************** It is important to note that I was never advised of a change in the type of payment that would be accepted by the vendor nor was I given the option to pay completely with cash.

Wonderful customer service! We got home from work on Monday and opened the garage door no problem. But it wouldn't stay down. Turns out that a spring had broken and the pulley was messed up. We can only have repairs etc done on the weekend since we both work full time. Called Door Depot on Friday afternoon and tech was here by 7am this morning! By 7:30 am we had a working garage door at a more than reasonable cost. Very happy.

Door Depot had great reviews on Angie's List that they totally lived up to. Got a great price on a triple-insulated door and belt-drive opener w/ wi-fi and battery back-up. I called up, the owner came out for a free estimate and to measure the space the next day, show us the available colors and add-on options (painting to match/windows) and also made sure the door was the right size so that panel didn't get cut-off.

We were supposed to get it installed the following Tuesday, but the door apparently came in dented, so they called and rescheduled for Thursday (it was great of them to fit us into the schedule) Only took a few hours, and they hauled away the old door and opener as well. No hidden costs, no up-sell attempts, just good quick service and a beautiful new door that opens SO quietly. Highly recommend them - love that they're a local company so they seem to take a lot of pride in their work and everyone I dealt with was so nice and down to earth :)

Called another garage door repair service. Once. Then followed up twice. Did I mention they serviced me in 2008 so I would be a repeat customer? That was three days ago. Called Door Depot at 5:20 tonight with my situation. The kindest gentleman walked me through my issue and delved my problem over the phone. Done. Hooked for service via Door Depot. Thank you for making my night. With less than 60 seconds time invested Door a Depot found a new long term customer. Me. Next time I need help I know who has my business.
