I had work that was done inproperly in summer 2019, my floors are not level. after asking for it to be fixed, I hear nothing from them. a year later, one project manager fired, another passed my file to someone else. the third project manager let me know project was overbudget because of their messups and they couldnt fix it.
at this point 18 months have passed and its end of 2020. I was so frustrated with company, against my better judgement, I paid the balance so I would never have to deal with them again!!!!

ERX and all their crew and subcontractors were amazing when our entire condo flooded out in February. Timely, professional, great communication, worked from dawn to dusk to get us back to normal. Evan our Project Manager went above and beyond. It was a difficult 3 months but they worked with us (and around us!) Highly recommend!

This company has been the worst. They were contracted to do siding and paint two of our Charlotte condo buildings. They sub contracted the work out to people who worked half days and extended the 2 week project out to three months. The work was never completed and nobody at ERX seem to care. Single coat paint jobs, uneven shades everywhere, no prep work, and the building looks embarrassing. Trust, they will not take pride in what they do and are poorly run with people who just want to make a buck from what I can tell.

I am doing some remodeling in our home and I was given the name of this company by ER Plumbing. This is the best experience I have ever had with any project at my home. My project manager and his crew are so attentive and reliable. I am very happy with the work they have done and I have already signed a contract for them to start my next project.

ERX absolutely saved us when we had a bad leak on a Sunday morning right before the holidays. Ty came over and got us all situated before we headed out of town. He was personable, knowledgeable, and worked with us through our travel schedule and followed our whole case, which was great (fewer strangers in and out of the house!). We used ERX for the restoration, and we are extremely satisfied with their repair work and the work of the contractors they sent over as well. I hope we don't have to use this service again, but I'm glad to know they're out there and they're fantastic just in case we do!

Our family had an electrical fire start in our basement in early December 2015, which created some much damage that our home had to be completely gutted in order to properly repair it.

Your guys went above expectations to secure the area, prepare for the plumber, and dry everything out. It is now in good shape for the next contractors to begin repair work. Ryan and Harley worked after hours taking total responsibility for cleaning up this mess. Ryan has been there every visit to check on things. His entire weekend has gone to making sure the job is complete.

Part of my home was flooded by water, and I was given ERX's name by referral. The crews that arrived at my house were excellent and professional. They described the equipment they were leaving at my home and thoroughly explained the drying process. They were very patient when I asked a lot of questions. My home was placed in very capable hands.

I would highly recommend ERX for any restoration needs! Within hours of identifying I had a water leak issue (unknown cause) at my home, ERX's crew arrived onsite. The original crew who came out were timely and efficient in dealing with our emergency. However, the repair and restore crew were uncommunicative and actually seemed to feel that this job was too small to concern themselves over.

ERX has been FANTASTIC. I had a 220 gallon aquarium fail and it dropped 220 gallons of water in my basement and garage. ERX was at my house within 2 hours of calling them, and they went to work immediately.

I had three companies come to my house to look at a mold problem in my crawlspace. ERX had the most knowledgeable and professional representation of all the companies. One company said it would take 3-4 days.
